Total mete decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento en San Roque Club de Golf. El desayuno estaba bastante correcto, no el mejor que he visto pero si a buen nivel. El personal de restaurante fue muy amable.

Cons:

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Nos asignaron una habitación con evidentes problemas de humedad: el olor era desagradable y tanto las paredes como una de las almohadas presentaban manchas visibles.

Además, la calefacción no funcionaba. Intenté contactar repetidamente con recepción por teléfono sin éxito; nunca respondieron. Tuve que desplazarme personalmente para comunicar tanto el problema de la humedad como el de la calefacción. La respuesta fue poco resolutiva: nos indicaron que ya no había personal de limpieza disponible (a pesar de que el hotel no estaba completo no ofrecieron cambio de habitación) y que avisarían a mantenimiento para la calefacción, algo que nunca ocurrió. Adjunto fotos

Por si fuera poco, olvidé unos AirPods en la habitación, sobre un mueble, y el hotel no se ha puesto en contacto en ningún momento. También trasladamos todas estas incidencias al personal de recepción el domingo, quienes aseguraron que la dirección se comunicaría con nosotros para disculparse. A día de hoy, seguimos sin noticias.

El estado de los jardines y de zonas comunes refleja igualmente una clara falta de mantenimiento. Adjuntos fotos.

He esperado tres días antes de escribir esta reseña para hacerlo con calma y dar margen a una posible respuesta del hotel, que nunca llegó.

No volveré y no lo recomiendo. Afortunadamente, en la zona existen alternativas de mucha mejor calidad y para distintos presupuestos.

A big shower installation issue at this hotel which needs to be addressed

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

The shower in our room had a serious installation issue: when used, the water drained away from the plug hole and into the bathroom, making it impossible to shower without flooding the entire room. My mum experienced the same problem in her room. We reported this to the hotel, and they acknowledged the issue but struggled to find alternative rooms that were not affected. Additionally, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink in our room.

Very nice hotel for a peaceful stay for one night. Recommended!
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Spacious, clean room. Free parking. Very good breakfast selection, including fruits and vegetables, various cheeses. Dinner can be had in the restaurant, which is important because the hotel is located in the countryside on the territory of a golf club and there are no other places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There was no pool available during our stay.
If shopping and nightlife are important to you, then this hotel will not be for you. But it was not important to us!

Prachtige moderne huisjes op een soort bungalow park in een mooie omgeving. Uitstekend ontbijt buffet.
