Cozy and spacious stay that is close to everything you need in Quebec City!
Pros:

Close to old Quebec (~20 minute walk) with a lot of cute shops and cafes nearby. Bathtub was a wonderful addition after cold winter days. Toiletries were provided and the view was great!

Cons:

We needed to park at a lot away from the hotel as there was no parking available. There are quite a few stairs if you stay in one of the top suites, which makes transporting luggage more difficult.

Lovely location and beautiful city!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Lovely character to building, balcony and view were amazing.

Cons:

We asked them to clean the room and it didn’t happen. Their messaging service was also not functioning for parts of our stay which was frustrating.

The room was clean and well prepared.

Cons:

Communication. I did not get proper guidance about parking or check in. The location was not as I expected from online. The entrance (the down-stare shop) looks awful and depressed us until we entered the building.

Charming quiet boutique hotel not too far from Old City
Pros:

Rooms were lovely, building and rooftop were charming.

Cons:

Uneven narrow stairs made dragging luggage up difficult. Bathroom really tiny and cramped with sink outside of bathroom. A bit too long a walk from the Old city after walking hours inside old city.

Good location, clean, and comfortable beds.
Pros:

I like that it was a good location. Interaction with staff over the phone was pleasant. We never saw anyone at the front desk. The place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We were placed on “ground” level which is a basement bedroom and there was a constant clicking noise from a metal vent that would open and close the whole night. We stayed during the winter month of December so I don’t know if the same happens on other months. Also, they did not shovel the entrance and there was a lot of snow on the front steps. It took them 2 days to shovel the steps.
