Très bien localisé, spacieux et propre.
Pros:

Très bien situé, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Tout ce fait à distance avec les gestionnaires mais ils ont été disponibles quand j'ai appelé pour des renseignements. Le rapport qualité + localisation / prix est très bon. Merci.

Petit établissement sympathique avec tout le confort nécessaire
Cafetière dans la chambre, le reste est en commun mais à disposition
L’emplacement est idéal ! Rue St Jean, à 20min à pied du vieux Québec et de tous ses commerces

Cons:

La chambre dispose de rideaux mais en aucun cas occultants
Pas d’insonorisation, on entend bien les voisins

à 2 pas du palais des congrès, on a marché jusqu'a notre compétition de cheer. Très beau sur St-Jean

Localisation, luminosité, grandeur. COnfirmation et suivi en ligne.

Cons:

porte de douche ne fermait pas, code d'entrée non-coordonné, pole arrachée.
Lit principal avec un pied de lit: ne peu pas etre utiliser par un homme de 6pieds+.
J'ai dormi avec ma filkle dans le lit Queen pour que mon chum prenne le lit dble qui n'avait pas de pied de lit.

Pratique pour une seule nuit
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique. Pratique pour un séjour d'une nuit. Rapport qualité/prix correct.

Cons:

Les communications brouillon avec le personnel concernant le stationnement.
On ne m'a pas communiqué mon numéro de chambre dans le courriel contenant toutes les informations.
Salle de bains très petite.
Le fait que l'accès est par code numérique, tant pour le bâtiment que pour la chambre : on ne sait pas à quelle fréquence ils changent les codes. Je n'avais pas d'objet précieux, mais je ne me sentais pas en sécurité pour y laisser mes affaires : pas de coffre-fort.

Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, c'est à éviter : on entend beaucoup la rue et les passants.

Cozy and spacious stay that is close to everything you need in Quebec City!
Pros:

Close to old Quebec (~20 minute walk) with a lot of cute shops and cafes nearby. Bathtub was a wonderful addition after cold winter days. Toiletries were provided and the view was great!

Cons:

We needed to park at a lot away from the hotel as there was no parking available. There are quite a few stairs if you stay in one of the top suites, which makes transporting luggage more difficult.
