Ryokan Shiojitei's hot spring baths are located a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. Please note that slippers and nightwear may not be worn outside the building.

A free shuttle is available every 30 minutes from Kintetsu Toba Station, between 08:45 to 11:45 and from 12:30 to 18:00. Reservation is not needed.

Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.

Guests with a dinner-inclusive reservation can chose between a French or Japanese kaiseki meal. Please notify the property directly in advance to make the reservation.

Restaurant hours are as follows:
Main Dining Seahorse - 7:00 to 10:00 (last order: 9:30), 11:30 to 14:30 (last order: 13:30), and 17:30 to 22:00 (last order: 20:30).

素晴らしい！
Pros:

鳥羽駅から送迎バスを利用させて頂きました。運転手の方が荷物をバスに乗せて混んで頂くなど、とても親切でよかったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

お風呂が遠い所です。バスで行くのは少し億劫でした。

THe room is comfortable, and the view is great!

Cons:

Although the room had been renovated, the bathroom and toilet fixtures were still quite old style, and there was no soap on the bathroom counter. In terms of hygiene, the water glasses used for both dinner and breakfast had a noticeable strange odor (like a dishcloth). Since we found this issue during both breakfast and dinner, that are included in our stay plan, we informed the front desk staff about this issue. The staff said they would notify the restaurant department, but the glasses still smelled like a dishcloth the next day.

As for service, the staff's attitudes varied. The porters and restaurant staff were very friendly, and some of the front desk staff were very kind, while one of them was more aloof. However, a common issue was that communication in English was difficult, and a few service staff would visibly react negatively when addressed in English.

I've been stayed in Toba International Hotel 4 times. I really enjoyed the environment and service previously and I even recommended it to my friends. I felt so disappointed realizing they do not really care about basic hygiene issues.
