Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

The location closed to the mall and central station.

Cons:

We got family room without window (its feel like bunker) and the reeom connecting troom which not sound proof and someone who occupied next room are having personal issue starting with trying opening the connecting door and shouting to somebody else from about midnight to early morning, the door to corridor also not sound proof.

The queen size bed is too small for our family of 3. Including a 4 years old.
Pros:

Staff is friendly and good location.

Cons:

1. The blanket has hairs
2. Initially there is no tooth brush and I have to request it.
3. We had a backache after sleeping on the bed.
4. I guess your housekeeping staff is smoker. After we requested an extra blanklet your housekeeper came and put in our room when we are not around. When we returned we could smell cigarette smell in our room.

Great for short stays
Pros:

Location was superb! Super convenient to checkpoint and City Square Mall!

Room wise can be cleaner, and to provide full service of cleaning the room and replenishing the daily amenities instead of having to specially say and then they re-stock.
