Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cleanliness.. there was a dead cockroach in our room when we checked in!!
The staff at reception when we checked in.. not responsive.
There was no bath towels in the room when we checked in and they were slow in responding ro our request. Though we checked in late .. 8.30pm!

Lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Came back for the comfortable bed

Cons:

One evening I had a noise complaint due to child next door. Staff changed my room for me & let me get the rest of my belongings in my room

Cons:

Pillows can do better. What is the point of providing pillows if it is no different to resting your head on the mattress.

Location is close to shopping malls.

Cons:

Can hear traffic noise from our room, since hotel is close to the road. Not recommended for light sleeper.

Pros:

It was our 3rd times staying here. And still this hotel is comfortable for me. The toilet, the towel, and the water closet are very clean.
You can reach many places by walking from this place. Nasi Kandar, Barbershop, Kedai Runcit, JB City Square are next to this hotel.
