Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

Clean, large bathe room. Nice sofa. Good size room. Very good location.

Cons:

Some furnitures are old. Placements also awkward but it's fine for the spacious room.

Pros:

Location was v near to JB Sentral so v convenient if traveling early morning to KL via ETS (walking only 5min). Staff were also v helpful esp the security guy who helps w the door for all guests, greets everyone and informed us about the short cut to JB Sentral

It's near to ICQ with amenities & shops nearby.
Air con is good. Water flow is strong. Many outlet for charging.
Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Pros:

Staff are super nice, allow us to early check in if there's any room are ready
The room is clean and the bed is comfort
And I like the location, it's super near to JB central. 2 or 3 mins walking distance can reach

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. It’s a budget hotel with a 5 star service.
Pros:

Easy access and well
Located. If you come from the main interchange it’s so easy to get to.
Great eating and massage places down the one street. Fantastic staff. Everyone greets with a cheerful smile. It makes such a difference to your day.

Convenient location
Pros:

Location very near to customs.
Staff were friendly and I get to check in early when I reach at 9.30am even though check in is supposed to be at 3pm

Cons:

The soundproofing was quite bad, keep hearing door slamming and people talking.
There is a strong smell like the room has not been ventilated.
There is only 1 small dustbin for the room and toilet

Overall ok with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is very convenient.

Cons:

Plaster bag worms can be found on the bathroom ceiling and during one night, at around 10:45pm, there were loud drilling noises that lasted for 15 mins. Tried calling reception but could not get through.
