Excellent location, clean room, very efficient and courteous staff! Definitely recommended!
Pros:

Initially given a room (large but barely furnished) with no windows. Because I checked in late, did not request for a room change until next morning. The Manager (Malay woman, sorry I did not ask for her name) was most courteous and efficient, and was allocated another room, much better equipped, with window. Location is excellent. Breakfast met my simple need for fresh salad and some local food. Most important was the courteous Manager, the Breakfast (Esrawan) host, and the Security Officer (Hassan). Thanks to them and the great location, I had a very pleasant stay and would return later if I travel to JB again.

Cons:

Some of the fixtures and fittings were not well maintained e.g. the shower head holder kept falling (Manager got it fixed), the toilet seat off its attachment, the shower screen handle attach screws really loose, the broken wooden clothes hangers, the table at the window was not stable (one feet shorter than the other 3). Other than the shower head holder (which I asked the Manager to fix and she did it promptly), I didn't report the rest of the defects (room 806).

Pros:

Spacious cos we took family
The first room we got the bedsheet was dirty .. we asked to clean but they chg our room .. the first room was with small fridge but then 2nd room without it

Cons:

Didn’t check if the room was with necessity before transfer us.. like no tooth paste and paste and the shower gel was finishing. When told their reception they said it’s only upon request the tooth brush will be given….

For a very short stay. It's worth it.
Pros:

Breakfast is nice and delicious but limited due to less people take breakfast option.

Cons:

There no slipper to walk around the room. My feet dirty. There no toothbrush and toothpaste too.. bring your own. Be prepared to watch local program. Its not a smart TV.
