Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that breakfast for children 5 to 12 years old is charged separately.

Its was very convenient, near to food shops, JB central and some tourist sites.
Pros:

I took the no breakfast package. There are plenty of food shops around the hotel.

Cons:

It was abit noisy, being in the city center.

Despite they upgraded to Suite Room however it’s was Level 2.
Noise Pollution Outside Can Be Heard.
Not Proper Sleep Due to this matter.

I love All the Staff .. Especially The Lady Manager there .. You know who you are kakak .. Im their regular customer there .. every month end just going for my Vacation to citrus hotel .. its like me going back to my 2nd home
