Cons:

Book and paid for window room, but given for none window and stuffy room. I spoke to the counter person and was told both types of room are the same price.

The staff give me a good view can see outside from the room

Cons:

The room card have to improve, some time have to insert and pull out few time. The TV not clear like snowing. Thank you
