Great location, clean comfortable room. Recommend taking a bus if you want to avoid dragging the luggage across the cobb

Love the location and the clean comfortable room. The staff are friendly too

Cons:

Perhaps it was because it’s the weekend, the streets were noisy with drunk customers for an hour or 2 at night. I’d also suggest to have kettle in the room so that hotel customers don’t have to go out to the common area for hot water or coffee.

Pros:

Staff, position, breakfast, fruit and drink at the entry, quiet room.

Cons:

Absence of kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room, absence of extra blanket in the room, the blanket is too short. The rooms are not very cosy and maybe need refurbishment.

Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht. Es gab die Möglichkeit jederzeit Tee und Kaffe umsonst zu erhalten. Am Anreisetag gab es einen Gutschein für einen Cocktail in der Bar gegenüber. Sehr nett.
Am Besten war aber der Checkin. Seit Jahren habe ich nicht mehr so eine freundliche, engagierte und hilfsbereite Person am Front Office eines Hotels erlebt. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Isabel Meyer Tonreiro würde ich sofort abwerben, wenn ich selbst ein Hotel hätte. Ich habe gespürt, wieviel Freude sie an ihrem Beruf hat.

Tolle Lage, wunderbar Personal, großartiges Essen im Restaurant, schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Highlight war das Zimmer (Panoramasuite). Es war alles wunderbar, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt.
