What was there not to like? From the very beginning greeting as we entered the hotel to drop off luggage until check in was ready the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It made an immediate good impression. The lounge was lovely with orange and lemon water available. They also provide a winter garden that has AC, a lounge, tea, and coffee.
My husband and I were on honeymoon and booked a suite overlooking the mountains. Jaw dropping. The windows and view were spectacular with a little seating area to enjoy it. A tub with soaking salts and a rain shower. The beds were very comfortable. This has been our favorite stay of the trip and one of our favorite towns we visited in our 2 weeks in Switzerland. Highly reccomend this hotel (a couple nights at LEAST) and explore the beautiful city of Thun!

Pros:

Frühstücks Buffet am 1.Morgen...Top..die Dame war sehr gut hat alles auch um halb 10 aufgefüllt .am 2. Morgen war der Kellner überfordert...hat das Meiste gefehlt...Fragte um Speck hat es vergessen und hatte kaum noch Brötchen ,,Orangensaft , und vieles mehr wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt...Schade aber wir kommen sicher wieder...Sonst alles sehr gut

Perfect Place to Stay in Lake Thun

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Mitte der Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Vom Parkhaus Schlossberg Ost ist es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles hat gepasst.
