希望酒店员工可以加强素质管理
Pros:

地理位置非常好，就在密苏里那湖边上，傍晚可以拍非常好的照片；酒店房间也大；去三峰山的bus站就在旁边。

Cons:

主要是员工，前台check，对中国人有歧视的言语，我们定去泳池游泳时间的时候，她打电话过去，特意强调我们是中国人！另外，酒店的餐真的难吃！

Great location with so much potential for a really beautiful and luxurious hotel, given the premium prices being charged
Pros:

The location is brilliant, overlooking Lake Musurina, against the backdrop of the Dolomiti mountains. Very tranquil setting, with a terrace overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedrooms and bathrooms were old-fashioned and tired looking and the facilities were not up to the standard that one would expect of a 4-star hotel, especially given the price of the rooms. We booked a room to sleep 4 adults, but the bunk beds provided in our allocated room were only suitable for kids. The reception & housekeeping staff helpfully changed our room so that we could have a sofa bed made up for the other 2 adults. But the room was very dark, with insufficient lighting and the power points didn’t seem to be standard European 2-pin, so presented difficulties in charging our phones.

Cons:

No public spaces to relax, hot tub wasn't working. Staff not very friendly. A little out dated. Lake Misurina not crystal blue. Murky with seaweed.
