Atendeu muito bem às expectativas e foi muito agradável e prático.
Pros:

Localização, gentileza dos funcionários, restaurante no hotel, instalações confortáveis.

Cons:

Em uma tarde havia um cachorro latindo sem parar, por estar preso e sozinho em um dos quartos de hóspede e isto incomodou a todos. Os hóspedes o deixaram lá e não se preocuparam com os demais hóspedes. O hotel respondeu que nada podia fazer a respeito a não ser aguardar que os hóspedes retornassem ao hotel. O hotel aceita cachorros mas esta situação de deixar o cachorro trancado no quarto incomoda muito os demais hóspedes.

Pros:

Struttura pulita e camere abbastanza moderne

Cons:

Il cibo e' da evitare, sia a colazione che a pranzo o cena; bassa qualita'. Il check-in dopo le 10 costa 20 euro, che e' tanto, ma soprattutto nessuno ti dice niente, pretendono che tu lo legga da solo.
Io vengo a SGR tutti i mesi, evitero' l'hotel a tutti i costi e lo stesso fara' la mia famiglia che viene spesso a trovare i nonni in RSA. Deludente, per 20 euro ne hanno perso a centinaia solo con noi. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Hotel che non vale le 3 stelle.

Posizione e parcheggio riservato.

Cons:

Camere veramente mal ridotte e datate. Carta da parati scollata dai muri, porte sporche di rosso che non sono riuscito a capire se fosse sangue o colle o simili, asta del rubinetto del lavabo sostituita da uno scotch che si usa in campo medico, doccia orribile e con doccino che al cambio di getto ha cominciato a sputare acqua MARRONE (spero fosse solo ruggine) ed ha iniziato ad emanare cattivo odore, tanto che per continuare la doccia ho fatto scorrere un bel po d’acqua prima di continuare a lavarmi. Colazione orribile, creme spalmabili di sotto marche, e caffè e cappuccino erogato da macchinette (nonostante la presenza di Bar interno) che così brutto non l’ho bevuto neanche nei miei soggiorni all’estero dove si usavano appunto macchiette automatiche. Sicuramente non è un 3 stelle.
Salvo soltanto l’OTTIMA posizione e il Parcheggio Interno!! Tutto il resto da rivedere..

Coffee Quality

The coffee came from a machine and didn’t resemble a true Italian espresso.

A fresh brew from a proper coffee machine would elevate the breakfast experience significantly.

The coffee served was cold in the cup, and room‑temperature water wasn’t available.

Room Conditions

The room was located near another room where someone was smoking, and the smell was strong and unpleasant.

Smoking inside buildings should not be allowed, and better enforcement would help.

There was visible moss on the ceiling and in the upper corners of the room — not ideal from a cleanliness or health perspective.

Con elegancia y relajo todo muy sabroso .
Pros:

Estuve 2 noches en el hotel.. Muy cómodo. Todo limpio y lindo aseo diario cambio de Sábanas .excelente disposición del personal sobre todo el Joven que nos atendió en el Almuerzo. Muy atento . Nos ayudó a llegar al bus que nos llevaría al monte Sant’Angelo . Desafortunadamente no supe su Nombre. Un 10 . Muy amable.

Cons:

Solo queda un poco retirado de la parada del bus que deja en Plaza Europa. Son como 15 minutos caminando en subida. Y es problema creo yo para personas Mayores o con alguna dolencia en las piernas .
