Very nice stay, the biggest asset of the hotel is its staff. Team members were very supportive, restaurant team always going extra mile to keep us sweet. Value for money very good!

Posizione eccellente, a piedi in pochi minuti si arriva al Santuario
La colazione è stata eccellente, ricca e varia. Essendo intollerante al lattosio, ho chiesto al cameriere se fosse possibile avere un’alternativa e si è subito attivato per farmi preparare un cappuccino senza lattosio. Inoltre, con grande attenzione e gentilezza, ha portato al tavolo anche uno yogurt senza lattosio non richiesto.

Cons:

La stanza disponeva di un balcone privato, tuttavia, proprio di fronte, a pochissima distanza, si trovava un terrazzo di passaggio utilizzato da altri ospiti dell’hotel. Questo riduceva sensibilmente la privacy, al punto da dover tenere le tende chiuse. Forse cercherei di trovare una soluzione per garantire maggiore riservatezza agli ospiti.
