Pros:

I like the hotel, everything is always great. A pleasure to come back.

Cons:

It is not that I did not like, but the staff were very kind to pack a very good breakfast, but it would have been helpful either to make a sandwich or just to pack some cutlery as I have not been able to eat most of it because all was in a tray and could not really use my hands in a public space :) Just some practical advice to rather pack a sandwich. But thank you for your kindness!

Hotel increíble, el mejor trato.
Pros:

Fue un trato excelente al entender cual era nuestra situación, en un principio nos ofrecieron una habitación con 2 camas y habíamos contratado una habitación de lujo con tres camas, al no tener una disponible como en la foto, nos ofrecieron una habitación extra. El personal nos atendió de forma excepcional.

Cons:

Me arrepentí de sólo haber contratado una noche, con ese trato dan Anas de seguirse.

Werde so oft wie möglich, nach Hermannstadt

Ein hervorragendes Frühstück!
Es gab viele regionale Produkte.
Schafskäse aus den Karpaten,lokale Metzkerei Köstlichkeiten,Oberginen Pastete
etc.
Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Altstadt Hermannstadt. 2007 war dieses einmalige Einod mittelalterlichen Städte,Europäische Kulturhauptstadt.ich bin immer wieder ganz gerne hier.Man kann sich schon gut vorstellen, den Lenbendabwn hier zu verbringen.
Darüberhinaus:
Ich hatte ein Standart Doppelzimmer für eine Person gebucht. Ich habe ein Apartment bekommen.

Oameni minunați!
Pros:

Amabilitatea, profesionalismului sunt ridicate la rang de artă. Mulțumim Eugen(manager recepție, dacă am reținut corect numele), mulțumim tuturor pentru tot! Am fost oaspeți doar pentru 1 noapte, dar vom reveni pentru un sejur mai lung, în viitor. Sunteți minunați!

Este cazul sa băgați ceva investiții in renovare, păcat de hotel!
Pros:

Parcare gratuita, personalul plăcut , piscina cu apa calda, ambient plăcut

Cons:

Pe lângă aceste aspecte plăcute, au urmat o avalanșă de neplăceri!
1. Logodnica a fost blocata in camera
2. De 2 ori am fost blocați in lift
3. La piscina ,ma,am tăiat in gresia foarte ciobita din piscina
4.sqla de fitness este jalnica pur si simplu, aparate distruse
5 Am plecat imediat a 2 zi si nu am mai dorit continuarea sejurului

Great location, free parking, clean but old Hotel
Pros:

First of all free parking in the city centre, also the Hotel in very great location. And good breakfast! Clean hotel but old.

Cons:

The hotel is old, it is clean but old, so the bathroom was really uncomfortable because there was bath and you couldn’t stay under shower, because there was no holder for it. Even if shower “had” is in special place for it, and you turn it on, it falling out, and water is everywhere.
