永远都不会忘记这段经历吧！
Pros:

这是一家不守规矩和道德底线的酒店，下午三点半到酒店，办了入住手续，迟迟不让我们入住！说对不起现在还没房间可住，带我们去别的地方住，我们一起带走行李到了一个很小破旧的房间，我们没有同意又回到了酒店，一直打电话找别家酒店。我们又是70多岁的老人。冒着雨自己也出去找酒店，人生地不熟的没有找到酒店，只有同意酒店经理找的很差的小旅社住了一晚。我付的钱是4星级酒店，住的是小旅社，这样的酒店真的太欺负老人了。

首先没有职业操守，给酒店带来极坏的影响和信誉伤害，酒店经理应该教育自己的员工！

מלון ללילה אחד בסיביו
Pros:

המיקום של המלון מושלם! ממש בלב העיר העתיקה על המדרחוב וליד הכיכר הגדולה. החדר גדול ונעים. המיטה נוחה. מסעדת המלון נהדרת בארוחת ערב. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.

Cons:

הג'קוזי לא עבד. ברז בכיור ללא מים חמים. שטיחים בחדר וברוב המלון לא מתוחזקים וצריך להזהר לא ליפול החתיכות רופפות, במיוחד להזהר ביציאה מהמעלית לספא.
בספא: כל המתחם לא מתוחזק. רצפה רטובה ומחליקה. חדר אדים חמים עם ריח מזעזע של ביוב שאי אפשר להכנס פנימה.
הבריכה - אי אפשר להפעיל את הג'קוזי . לא נראה כמו בתמונות שבבוקינג.

Authentisch, beste Lage, aber nicht perfekt
Pros:

Netter Empfang, beste Lage und schönes altes Gebäude. Gutes Restaurant und viele Plätze innen und aussen verfügbar. Mit dem Taxi fast bis vor Haus (teilweise Autofrei) gefahren. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr alt, in Hermannstadt suchte ich aber genau danach (authentisch). War mein zweiter Aufenthalt im selben Zimmer. Mobiliar und Ausstattung (Teppiche, Schränke, Vorhänge und Toilette.... ) dürfte mal ausgetauscht werden. Beim Frühstück (langsame Kaffeemaschinen und teilweise fehlende Speisen) besteht noch potential.

Pentru cele 2 zile petrecute in Sibiu, putem spune ca ne-am bucurat de centrul sau istoric superb.
Pros:

Un hotel amplasat ultracentral, insa este pacat ca nu ne-a implinit asteptarile.
Sibiul este o adevarata capitala europeana!

Cons:

Spre ex. la micul dejun, dupa deschiderea salii, produsele destinate consumului erau aduse pe rand, intr-un interval de timp mare de pana la 40-50 minute de la deschidere, ceea ce nu este normal la un hotel de 4 stele, mai ales la unul de renume.
SPA-ul pare ca are cel putin "2000 ani, ca de pe vremea romanilor" bazinul are mozaic lipsa este degradat, astfel incat exista risc de ranire la talpi, si bazinul deloc primitor, pacat,... ar fi putut fi excelent daca ar fi fost intretinut.

Excellent établissement, une valeur sûre

Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului este in centrul orasului,langa obiectivele turistice principale.
Parcare gratuita si pazita ( daca gasesti loc)
Pat + saltea confortabile.
Se face curat in camera,zilnic,
Mic dejun variat.
Personal amabil.

Cons:

Mirosul de mucegai te intampina de la intrare.
Geamurile camerelor de hotel sunt sparte, ramele de lemn vechi imposibil de etansat.
Apa calda nu curge decat dupa ce dai drumul la cada si chiuveta simultan iar in aproximativ 20 min,vine apa calda.
Sala de mese detine scaune tapitate,improprii( arcuri rupte,manere imbacsite de grasime)

- fundul bazinului este alunecos.

Залюбки б повернулась в цей готель
Pros:

Ми взагалі не очікували, що це буде такий великий і колись дуже помпезний готель. Хоч зараз він трошки потребує ремонту, але все одно нам дуже сподобався номер: великий, із королівським декором. Правда сантехніка точно потребує оновлення, да і спа треба приводити в кращий вигляд, але це спа є і воно безкоштовне. Дуже вдале розташування в самому центрі і ми дивом відразу знайшли парковку, яка знаходиться не зовсім поруч, але навігатор нас вивів на неї, не довелось блукати. Якби я їхала в Сібіу вдруге (не виключаю такого розвитку подій, бо місто прям чарівне, тихе, затишне, з чудовою архітектурою!), то зупинилась в цьому готелі. Дякую за чудово проведений час в Сібіу.

Hôtel magnifique mais ayant besoin d’entretien voir rénovation, emplacement top, piscine sur cotée et dangereuse.

L’emplacement, la taille des chambres et des lits.

Cons:

La piscine tombe en ruine, est dangereuse. Ma fille s’est blessée le pied dans les mosaïques qui se décollent dans le fond, elle a saigné à l’orteil nous avons dû quitter la piscine.
La mosaïque se décolle sur les murs et partout. Odeur d’égout ambiante .. Le sol est ultra glissant les gens tombent, le hamam ne fonctionnait pas bien etc.
Les chambres sont belles mais méritent un entretien, des réparations, l’eau coule chaude au jour de plusieurs dizaines de minutes ..
