Pros:

Poziția este fantastică, fiind situat chiar în centrul vechi.Mâncarea de la micul dejun ESTE un bufet cu foarte multe variante. Iar piscina a fost fantastică ,curată și caldă.

Locatia: exact in centrul orașului.
Camera spațioasă.

Cons:

Exista un miros in tot hotelul, un miros de vechi, acoperit de un miros pregnant de clor.
Totul este vechi, calorifere, mocheta, amenajarile din baie, toate par a nu fi fost înlocuite de cel puțin 30 de ani...

Personalul foarte amabil.
Micul dejun foarte bun si diversificat.
Restaurantul cu personal foarte amabil, meniu complex, iar mâncarea foarte buna la prețuri decente.

Cons:

Paturile o uzate, scârțâie la fiecare mișcare sau întoarcere de pe o parte pe alta.
La zona de SPA: sauna , șezlongurile, prosoape curate, muzica foarte buna, dar piscina deplorabila, cu mozaicul ce paveaza piscina , lipsa, cu depuneri nosipoase pe fund. Apa spinoasa fara temperatura constantă.
Este necesară o recondiționare totala a piscinei.

Overall, pleasant stay thanks to the great location and comfortable room, despite the bathtub issue.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was diverse, with plenty of options.

Cons:

The bathtub drain got clogged and overflowed, and the water flooded the room and got everything wet.

cam zgomotos din cauza altor cazati in special copii care fugeau deasupra si se auzea destul de tare !
Personal dragut ! aspectul camerelor hotelului pe interior cam invechit ! (dar poate asta prinde la turistii straini )

Pros:

We are a couple with a 3 years old and it was the first time at this hotel in Sibiu, we went before to the one from Poiana Brasov. From the second we entered, we liked the space, the vibe. We were welcomed by one male staff and he was so nice, he got us an upgrade from a double room to an apartament, he explained everything to us, about all the facilities. He was so warm and friendly, yet very professional. The apartment was great, spa and pool same, breakfast as well, with so many options. We really enjoyed the staying and for sure we will come back soon. Thank you for the great service.

Totul a fost in regula.
Camera spatioasa, curata cu toate cele necesare.
Locatia excelenta, mic dejun foarte diversificat si calitativ.
Piscina si saunele exact ce trebuie pentru relaxare.
Cu siguranta vom reveni la acest hotel.
