Todo recomendable buen hotel y la limpieza excelente

the only let down was the view it was partial sea view but was mostly looking into the kitchen of the apartment opposite and washing hanging out all the windows opposite

Tremendous little hotel right on the beach, overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean, welcoming and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. But the staff are what make it - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble and they were very patient with my terrible attempts at Spanish! A bus stop right outside will take you to Gandia town, the train station, the shopping mall or wherever. Highly recommend it for solo travel. You will sleep like a log too, the beds are great! I got a nice big bathroom and a lovely terrace to sit out on, and there’s a fridge, plus you can get the bbc news channel. Thanks to the team, hope to see you again soon!

No me gustó que a mitad de la estancia me cambiaran la habitación con la excusa de que la habitación en la que estaba alojada la había alquilado otro cliente. Me alojaron en una habitación que tenía el cristal muy sucio, la lámpara estaba rota, ponían muy poco jabón y Champú para tres clientes que eramos en la misma habitación, incluso nos falto una toalla de ducha. Quitaron el buffet para hacerlo Menú, cuando habíamos pagado buffet y justo cuando nos fuimos lo cambiaron a buffet. Durante la cena pedimos un yogur para llevar a la habitación para tomar una medicación y me lo denegaron.

Room decoration is very basic, looks to be clean but 'deja mucho que desear'... You open the door to the balcony and either get hit with the noise from the pool or mosquitoes (I only opened the door once and I had 8 in total). Walls are so thin... I could hear the guy next door slapping someone's cheeks... 'doesn't leave much to the imagination'... Staff is cordial and helpful most of the time, but sometimes they are either ignorant, slow or unhelpful... not sure which. WiFi is somewhat weak, kept dropping and disconnecting. Breakfast was okay... with really bad coffee. Bed was comfy enough, aircon was good, rooms seem bright enough. Overall, I would choose a different hotel if one has a bit more budget. One very good thing is the location, that's perfect! Also, the check in and check out processes were fine.

I have just returned after a weeks holiday at hotel san luis with my sister and my brother and his wife. I had a wonderful holiday and this was partly due to the hotel san luis. My room was fantastic, a very comfortable bed and every facility I needed, with air conditioning, that saved my life on more than one occasion! The food was outstanding, the quality and quantity was exceptional, the menus creative and exciting. Above all the staff were amazing, without exception they were friendly and charming and nothing was too much trouble. They worked hard and were ultra efficient and they made you feel relaxed and important whether it was early morning or very late at night. My brother and his wife have been going to hotel san luis for four years and I can understand why. Highly recommended. Thank you hotel San Luis.

La ubicación es bastante buena, a cinco minutos de la playa. Las comidas, en general, bastante buena, variedad y productos frescos. Si lo recomendaría.

Lekker voor een paar dagen Gandia. Alles op loopafstand en makkelijk parkeren in eigen garage.

Buena ubicación, primera linea de playa, personal muy agradable, buena cocina, habitaciones amplias y confortables. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia en la playa, para descansar, para cargar pilas.
Lo único que no me pareció del todo bien es no querer o tener la intención de buscar otra alternativa de habitación a la llegada. El lo siento es que estamos completos, es que no nos dijeron que .......... No me pareció correcto siendo como soy tamvien recepcionista de hotel y sabiendo cómo van los temas. Aunque no fuera posible, no hacer el gesto de ..vamos a ver qué podemos hacer, aunque luego fuera que no . Mostrar interés en tratar de cambiar es lo que tendría que haber hecho la persona que nos gestionó la llegada. Es una opinión, claro está. Aunque la solución hubiera sido la misma, de cara al cliente, no fue la mejor imagen, la verdad.

Mi reseña es de 3,5 pero coloco 4 por la buena actitud general del personal.

Este es un hotel que a pesar de tener su encanto necesita lo más pronto posible una actualización/reforma.

Lo positivo: tiene una excelente ubicación, camas comodas tomando en cuenta el precio y un personal amable.

Las mejoras pendientes: actualizar las instalaciones, ascensor (solo hay 1 y es lento), area de lobby, la piscina (esta expuesta hacia los edificios y se siente mas piscina de edificio que de un hotel, el desayuno a pesar de ser completo se limita a la culinaria española (pocas opciones de proteína)

Digo actualizar porque existen opciones tan bien ubicadas, mucho mas modernas y completas a precios no tan diferentes a los de este hotel.

Para los que compren por expedia, lleven un recibo a la mano ya que en el lobby deben confirmar el pago para luego entenderse con esa empresa.

Desde el primer momento acogida y posterior atención en los distintos servicios a sido excelente.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals exceeded our expectation with table service rather than buffet for lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had not stayed at this hotel before and booked it as the one we wanted was fully booked. It was a delightful surprise. Great location and the meals were a nice change as dinner was not a buffet and was order from menu.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights , after reading the comments here !!!! I do not think that the place is exceptional but the staff at the reception and bar are is very welcoming and helpful .
The bedroom are very basics but clean
The breakfast is very simple I will not say the best , it was continental breakfast nothing fancy at all !!! When you read the comments on this site you are expecting something else from the place in general.
Not done for long stay for sure , bed was not the most confortable either !
Not unpleasant stay at all but can do better for sure !

Although the rooms were small, this little boutique hotel was such a good value, clean, nice, great food, great location. We definitely want to stay again.
