molto efficiente ed accogliente, spezie il.personale, molto bella l'accoglienza del Maitre del Vice Direttore. Bravi i camerieri subito pronti e buona l'orgaznozzazione in generale. Tutto questo in una posizione bellissima.

Cons:

le indicazioni per i piani e le camere: corridoio -2 che diventa piano 4, poi si scende a.meni 3 e si sale a ristorante R, da un lato, dall'altro della struttura i piani sono diverso ci si confonde dovendo passare per arrivare alla reception da un corridoinlungossimo da 4° piano per passare al 2° piano della reception ( che in realtà é in meno 2 !

Relax e sport in alta quota.
Pros:

Camera ampia e spaziosa, bagno rinnovato da poco, ristorante a buffet con diverse portate tra cui scegliere anche per vegetariani. Piscina semi olimpionica per bambini.
Ottima la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita e ampio parcheggio.

Cons:

Forse sono un po' pochi i tavolini e le poltrone nella zona del bar rispetto al numero di persone che la struttura riesce ad accogliere come camere.

Pros:

Menù variegato e studiato ogni sera, posizione location strategica per il trekking e visite in alta quota, tra i servizi abbiamo in particolare apprezzato il mini club.
Tutto lo Staff gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Piscina un pochino fredda e la spa in po' rumorosa. Ma comunque ben gestite.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo e posizione ottima

Cons:

Poco tipico / tradizionale. La gestione è quella tipica di un resort nazionale ( pasti a buffet, buoni soprattutto il pesce). Si perde un po' la tradizionalita' Altoatesina ma rimane il fatto che si stia cmq molto bene.

Das Hotel ist eine architektonische Meisterleistung. Der Service war nur im Speisesaal gut.
Pros:

Zimmer- und Badausstattung war sehr gut. Das Essen war großzügig und vielseitig. Das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das tolle Essen war leider oft kalt. Im Barbereich wurde weder ein alkoholfreier Cocktail noch ein alkoholfreies Bier angeboten. Hätte man bei so vielen Sportlern schon erwartet.
Es hat uns überrascht, dass überhaupt kein Deutsch gesprochen wurde. Die Nutzung des GYM bzw. Konditionsraumes war umständlich.
