Good value for money for workers and families. Very warm and solid hotel. Big rooms.
Pros:

Great location for work. Polite cleaners. Nice and warm hotel.

Cons:

Looks a little tired in some parts of hotel.

Pros:

Grande suite avec laveuse-sécheuse. La première chambre que j'ai eu, il n'y avait pas la laveuse. L'employée m'a immédiatement changé de chambre. Très propre.

Pros:

The location was great. Close to everything we needed. Close to Mill Lake for walks. It was nice to have a kitchenette, and the table and chairs. We liked having laundry facilities in our room. It was nice to have a balcony. The shower was nice.

Cons:

The carpet was gross. Big stains right at the entrance...I didn't want to take my shoes off. The bathtub tiles were dirty. The bedroom was crowded with a desk and chair. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were small. There was only 2 of each size dish and minimal cutlery...so why bother having a dishwasher? The cabinets throughout are looking rough. Overall it needs updating.

Does the job when you need to stay in Abbotsford
Pros:

Room was spacious which was nice. Place was clean. It was quiet, but I believe this was largely thanks to not being very busy. If there are people next door I think the walls would block sound like paper. Shower had decent pressure which was much appreciated. No odd cleaner smells or residual smoke smells in the room itself. For the price it was decent value. Overall happy.

Cons:

Location is odd. It did not feel unsafe at all, but definitely a variety of people at all times with small kids hanging out and scattered on balconies. WiFi required providing personal info, which seems odd for a hotel- why not ask my room number and name? Not all my personal info all over, so didn’t use it. The one service lady was short and direct, not very warm.
