The room for the price was shocking! 1980's room. Wall paper joins lifting. In room facilities poor. Nasty old furniture. Tired old bed
Clean, parking, everything I needed
It was in a quiet location and very quiet in the rooms too.
At £215 for one night it was overpriced. My friends had a family room in the same hotel that cost £80 less. I was then shocked and embarrassed to discover that the £220 didn't include the buffet breakfast and I was not able to sit with my friends to eat without paying an extra £15. Their much cheaper room included breakfast for three people.

nice hotel, pleasant staff. we only had one evening there for an NEC event but it was a nice place.
we asked for empty plates at reception and rather than send some to our room, they got us to ask for them at the restaurant. Pillows were terrible for me.
Cleanliness of rooms and one of the younger male staff members in the restaurant only Friday evening and for breakfast Sunday couldn’t do enough for you
Sofa bed in room was way too uncomfortable to sleep on. Temple bar was shut on Saturday due to private function so couldn’t use went into restaurant and were made to feel like we weren’t welcome as we hadn’t booked a table although there was 16 empty tables the whole time we were there. Got sat at a table and it took someone 20 minutes to come and take a drink order off us while 3 other staff members were stood at the bar laughing with each other and the waitresses were just stood leaning against the wall playing with their hair. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a hotel restaurant
Location, lobby and restaurant areas were pleasant. Easy check in and parking.
Rooms very run down, furniture is very dated. We had patio doors so couldn’t open the window to get fresh air. The light switches didn’t work so the spotlights were all over the place. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything including the people talking next door and using their bathroom. The breakfast was poor for the price paid. The meat was very processed, the coffee from the machines was terrible and the pastries were very disappointing.
Bed was comfy. The room was peaceful. It helps for good relaxation.
