Great location food and staff.
Pros:

Had a great stay while attending the UK Games Expo at the NEC. Perfect location. Restaurant food and staff both excellent.
Queries and issues dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Great atmosphere, would highly recommend.

Good breakfast at a fairly remote hotel with not as high value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I squashed two medium-sized bugs while staying there, in the room and the bathroom. Also, the hotel did not have any adapters for euro plugs and they provided a not-so-honest reason fro not allowing my lat check-out.

Game on - lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. We were offered a table in the restaurant at check-in which was perfect for us. We ate one of the most delucious juicy steaks ever there! We had a good night's sleep and a hearty breakfast- lots of choice. It's a great location in a small village and handy for the NEC.

Paid twice - NO REFUND!!
Cons:

I paid in Oct-25 for my May stay and on arrival payment was taken again as i had forgotten i had paid but surely your system would know this! Despite raising this the day after my departure a month ago, I am yet to receive a refund.

It was really dated, the shower was cold even after running it for 15 minutes as instructed by reception - really over priced for what it was!

Lovely, comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable and clean hotel, exactly as advertised. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and good quality.
Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant at dinner.
