Nice hotel with easy access to nec by car
Pros:

Amazing communication in advance for disibility needs. Easy access although doors very heavy and no call button for reception outside.
Restaurant was good

Spacious rooms

Cons:

Lack of power points near bed so hard to charge equipment and phone.
Accessible rooms only a double - a twin option would be nice

Very clean and well updated decor
Room was the quietest room I have ever stayed in. Lovely welcome tray.

Nice hotel in convenient position
Pros:

Location for the NEC was great just a 12 min drive.
The hotel and staff were lovely.
Breakfast was great
Parking was secure

Cons:

Noise from the lift (? Presume that’s what it was ) was disturbing in my room no 101
I wanted room service in the evening and when I called the phone was cut of constantly so I went down to reception and was told to go into the restaurant to order room service which I felt defeated the object a bit really.

Pros:

Room was a good size with an old style shower in the bath, wallpaper looking tired but the bed was comfy and overall clean and well presented

After travelling in hotels around Europe for my work I found The Manor House to be ok but nothing special
Pros:

It was a good location for my needs with car parking which was essential .
The breakfast was very good

Cons:

Did not have any energy saving in the rooms and light controls were not obvious.
It took a long time for the not water in the shower .
The pillows were very uncomfortable

Very good standard lovely for a nights stay
Pros:

Check in was efficient .Room had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was a very good standard. Also are in the restaurant for dinner , again a very good standard.i would stay here again if i was in the area

The lady at reception was really informative about Krakow where we was travelling to as she was from Poland and helped make great choices for our travel. Hotel was clean, room was perfect, bath and warm bed very comfy.
