Perfect location for course I was on locally, price was excellent.

Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for a few hours after check out to do some work and they were very accomodating.

After a long drive then walking around an exhibition at the NEC you want to relax and rest.
Pros:

The reception staff were really helpful. I ate in the restaurant with two colleagues; our waitress was excellent. Charming attentive with a personality.
