交通至便な旅の拠点
Pros:

バスターミナルの真横にあるので、空港はじめどこに行くにもサンチアゴの拠点として使える
また、地下鉄駅は市内バスの停留所もあるので、市内のどこに行くにも便利
周辺の治安を懸念する声もあったが、特段悪いとは感じなかったし、ホテル自体が綺麗なので、中に入れば関係ない感じだった

Cons:

最初チェックインしたときの係員がかなり不案内だったのが気になったが、それ以外の係員はおおむね的確な対応をしてもらった。これは運だと思います。

Cons:

Se cae el sistema para configurar nuevamente la tarjeta, ya que se bloqueo luego que alguien del personal la manipulara. Quedamos afuera tuvieron que ir a asistir y abrirnos con la tarjeta llave de otro encargado.

Excelente, lo elegiría nuevamente
Pros:

El hotel muy lindo, la gente que trabaja muy amable, la ubicacion excelente, dado que se puede ir a cualquier parte de Santiago con los transportes que pasan por la puerta. El desayuno es correcto. La zona no es para andar de paseos a la noche, pero teniendo la terminal en frente, se puede cruzar y dentro hay muchos comercios que te solucionan una bebida o comida que desees.

El desayuno no me encantó, los panes me parecieron todos super secos

Pros:

Desayuno completo, si bien está ubicado lejos del centro, está frente a la estación de buses, hay una estación de subte en puerta que conecta.

Estafa disfrazada
Pros:

Ubicación es lo único destacable.

Cons:

Los precios son engañosos, aparentemente económicos, sin embargo cobran en dólares a un valor puesto por ellos, mucho mas alto que el cambio oficial o del banco, ejemplo dolar oficial a 860, dolar valor banco 880 y el hotel cobró dolar a 933, una estafa disfrazada.

La atención del personal de la noche de ingreso

Cons:

Toalla de la habitación estaba rota, la habitación tenía mal olor al ingresar, en la mañana siguiente en el desayuno a los huéspedes les tocó avisar que no había huevo y se demoraron más de 20 min en reponer, debo decir que no soy de las personas que molestan por molestar, pero mis experiencias previas con la línea IBIS, había sido espectacular en todos los aspectos, pero desafortunadamente en esta ocasión son más las cosas negativas que las que se pueden rescatar
