Good, Comfortable Motel Accommodation
Pros:

Good simple accommodation. Stayed their quite often. it's reliable, comfortable and well sound proofed. Easy access to the tavern next door for meals, lunch/dinner/drink. Fuel and takeaways across the road, if you want. Easy access to East Maitland and/or Newcastle.

Cons:

It's fundamental accommodation for a good size bed and a comfortable mitel room. Just don't have massive expectations of luxury. Its clean, modern enough, good size tv even.

Pros:

Comfortable. Convenient location. Good for travelling workers. Lots of parking available. Spacious room and bathroom.

Cons:

Not a very quiet location (not the hotels fault, to be fair).

It was very windy when I stayed, and the large glass doors might not be well-sealed as they let in a very cold breeze.

As a warning - my room had an adjoining room (I didn't know about that when booking) and it turns out the walls between the two are paper thin 😅 Not great if you have an early start (or a faint heart 😂).

Pros:

Friendly clean motel close to venues.

Cons:

Bed are uncomfortable past their use by springs creek not a lot of support in them
We have stayed here on many occasions and over the last 6mnths every room we have stayed in seems to have sad well used uncomfortable beds. This is a great motel but it is time for a bed upgrade.
