A convenient and clean place for short stays in a nice area close to Central Maitland and Newcastle
Pros:

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and a service station. Nice private outdoor seating area, comfortable beds, after hours check-in available.

Cons:

A little noisy due to being close main roads.

Location to the hotel for meals and the option of takeaways across the road.
Room was ok.

Cons:

No milk in rooms.
Coffee selection wasn't good.
Not able to check in at 1030am.
Receptionist told me she would put out the going promotion to surprise my wife, which was a bottle of wine or ROSE that I selected, flower and candles on the bed, for $20.
It was a current promotion, and offered, but not given.
The receptionist seemed run off her feet.
She was a lovely lady.
TV didn't work as it was unplugged behind the wall and the receptionist came to fix, before we knew it was simply a plug....But this, and all the above, should have been inspected prior to ticking off completion of room.
