Super komfortables Hotel mit angenehmer, nicht abgehobener Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Durchwegs freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein geplegter Pool- und Saunabereich. Wir konnten uns auch noch über ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade freuen. Der Shuttle-Bus zum Ski-Gebiet Kronplatz war sehr praktisch und super organisiert.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. The food is great, and the staff is very friendly. We also really appreciated that the hotel has its own mini bus that takes guests directly to the slopes.

Pros:

Fint med en eftermiddags buffé när man kom från pisterna. Bra shuttlebus till Kronplatz. Fint relax.

Cons:

Innredningen av rummet (klädskåpet står för nära sängen, dörrar går ej att öppna fullt). Trångt i badkaret med snedtak (ej duch). För få klädkrokar på rummet.

Отличный отель в Кронплац,до подъемников 5 мин.на машине.Отличный завтрак,бесплатный паркинг,очень приятный персонал на ресепшен,большой номер .

Cons:

Номер был крайний на 2 этаже и Ванна под крышей , душ принять можно только пригнувшись .

Grosses, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Nachtessen im eigenen Restaurant war mega fein und freundliche Bedienung

Cons:

Der Lärmpegel während dem Nachtessen war teilweise hoch und störend. Es waren Gruppen im Lokal, welche sehr laut waren.
Die Dusche in der Badewanne und mit abgeschrägtem Dach war eine Zumutung. Als Erwachsener war es sehr schwierig, zu duschen.

inoltre proibirei tuffi in piscina e utilizzo di palle perché non si tratta di un centro sportivo. La SPA assolutamente scarsa. Piscina con acqua quasi fredda

Cons:

1) Не понравился официант из бара, где подают перекусы.
Во время ланча, к нам подошел официант и предложил напитки, но мы отказались от них. Он зачем то разводил руки и перед нашим столом и показывая нам «ну у вас столько еды же», хотя мы просто не хотели ничего пить.
Далее вечером, к нам подошел этот официант и сделал нам ЗАМЕЧАНИЕ, что мы берем много посуды! Это как вообще понимать?

Видимо он обиделся, что мы ничего не купили у него из напитков.

2) Шум в номере. Вы будете слышать абсолютно ВСЕ! Как ваши соседи ходят в туалет, чихают, дышат, разговаривают.
То есть шумоизоляции в номере нет! Если вам важен качественный сон, то к сожалению его не будет.

3) Обычный завтрак. Мало разнообразия. Год назад я была в соседнем отеле MONTIS и мне есть с чем сравнить. Там были и грибы и рыбка красная и разные десерты на завтрак, помимо выпечки, и омлет при тебе жарили с разными начинками.

La struttura è accogliente, molto pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è gentilissimo, professionale e sempre a disposizione, fa sentire a casa l’ospite. I servizi offerti sono molteplici e di ottima qualità.
