Rundown. Can’t turn on the shower without getting wet and leaking from outside of the door. Unless you have the shower head just right, standing water in bathroom. Tiny sink. Turning on water in sink makes shower cold. Room was very run down. Not worth the money spent.
The staff And location
It was over priced
The towels were very hard
The blankets were thin
They didn’t even have shower caps
And it was 300 a night
Still waiting for my night to be refunded back for all the troubles. It's old and outdated. Breakfast was worthless and everything in the room felt damp and wet.
Hotel smelled, was dirty, key cards stopped working multiple time and holes in linens and bed bugs. Tried to book a different hotel immedately upon arrival.
When I got to the hotel, they informed me that their parking garage was full and I had to park elsewhere. Okay, no worries. Then they told me that even though I had booked a king bed, they said they were sold out and gave me a double queen. Again, that’s fine, not that big of a deal. But then the room they gave me was super old and outdated. The couch had holes in it, my mattress felt like it was 40 years old, the towels were like sandpaper, my door was missing the safety lock/door stop, the curtains had black stuff at the top, the water dispenser in the fitness center was broken, and all of the treadmills were broken. It just was really not a good experience.
Breakfast was ok, and location is good.
Beds are so old and sheets were filthy with yellowish blankets, really old. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
No ac.
Location ita Amazing! Middle of downtown, great location.
I have stayed at plenty of Hyatt's which is why I booked them. This is by far the most outdated one I have stayed at. The couch was filthy and smelled horrible. The windows were dirty. The ottoman had stains on it. I am a neat freak so I went and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. If you're looking for the convenience of a place in the middle of downtown, this is a great spot. If you're looking for an updated, clean room, go elsewhere. The best part of my stay was the night staff members, they were awesome. .
Breakfast was very good.
