Definitely, the place to stay if you're traveling to Edinburgh!
Pros:

The stay at this B&B made our trip to Edinburgh so much nicer. A bus line is only a 5-minute walk away to get to downtown Edinburgh in fifteen minutes. It was so nice after a day of exploring to come home to a warm, cozy room. The food was absolutely amazing! But the best thing about it was the people who run it—Kevin and his wife—and everybody I met while we were there was nothing but warm and inviting! I travel frequently, and my son and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to Scotland! Oh...clean hot showers definitely a plus!

Cons:

There's honestly nothing not to like about this stay.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders Kevin hat unseren Aufenthalt jeden Morgen mit seiner freundlichen Art bereichert. Das Frühstück wurde täglich frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Altstadt erreicht man in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt um die Ecke, dadurch kommt man schnell und unkompliziert überall hin.

Wir können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. A special thank you to Kevin, who welcomed us every morning with such a friendly attitude. The breakfast was freshly prepared every day with great care.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The old town can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop right around the corner, which makes getting around very easy and convenient.

We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect start to our three week visit to Scotland
Pros:

What a great place to stay. Great location; short bus ride into the centre of Old Town. Kevin was a wonderful host. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely.

Perfektní místo, skvělé snídaně a personál
Pros:

Úžasné klidně místo - balzám na nervy po návratu z centra města. Kousek zastávka autobusu, nedaleko skvělé puby, naprosto skvělé snídaně a nejlepší personál, jaký jsme kdy zažili. A že jsem toho již hodně procestovali.

Cons:

Nemohu nic napsat, vše bylo skvělé. Hotel má své roky, ale vše je vynahrazeno čistotou a úžasnými lidmi.

Pros:

Gentillesse absolue du personnel !!! Emplacement dans un quartier calme, résidentiel, accessible facilement en bus pour le centre ville ou par une petite marche d’environ 30min. Petit déjeuner complet avec choix de plats chauds !! En plus on est aux petits soins pour vous. Literie confortable !

Cons:

Les murs sont assez fins donc on peut entendre les voisins mais globalement tout le monde se couche et se réveille à la même heure donc ça va !!
