Overall great hotel..was recommended to me and happy to do the same

Great away from the hustle of pattaya but not to far
Staff were great respected my wishes more then happy to assist ...didnt try the breakfast cant comment

Cons:

The dam rods to assist in closing then curtains lol..kept banging my head on them silly things

Great room and pool
Pros:

Good value , large spacious room. Great pool area and Gym

Cons:

Balcony is really a place for the aircon, no microwave (although I did not go and ask for one so I dont know if it was available). Location, grab bike and taxi are needed in my opinion.

An excellent Condo in the heart of central Pattaya.
Pros:

This is a dream condo for any traveller looking for either short or long term rentals with all facilities, room cleaning, reception desk and just every thinkable additional aspects included. The staff and the manager are very kind and thrustworthy hosts, ensuring an unforgettable stay and with that also kindly providing any assistance no matter the need (As long as you as a renter stay humble, grateful and respectful towards them and the fair housing rules of course - speaks for itself, but still tended to mention it aswell). For the central location and overall experience it is well worth spending your time here during any stay within pattaya central. 🙏🏼

The room was clean and quite big.

TV reception very poor.
Hotel was unable to fix for some reason.
They provided an iron on request which was good of them.
