Run down ,damp ,grubby ,smelt of damp in room from leak
Plastic pot catching rain was had brown water on attracting small flies

Cons:

The hotel bathroom was not clean clean the water in the taps did work. The stairs going up to the rooms are very dangerous this should be stated in when booking this hotel.

Lovely spot and nice old coaching inn
Pros:

The owners and staff were very attentive and welcoming and friendly.
The cooked breakfast was very good especially the smoked maceral
Pity there were no gluten free cerial available but there was gluten free bread.
Bed comfy and room clean.
Would definitely stay again.
