We went to Crusoe off season - so not a lot of people were there and it made it even more comfortable. They were very welcoming and even though it was quiet, there was a different program every single day (special shoutout to JJ- he was amazing). From Tours of their village to Table tournaments in the evening, you would feel very comfortable at all times.
The menu (lunch as well as dinner) was coming in big portions and was absolutely delicious.
Great Experience and is definitely worth it!
Would only recommend it!
The location is far away from everything. From the airport in Nadi it’s roughly 2 and a half hours. If you want to do any tours you would need to get to Nadi first. The hotel suggests a taxi for 230 dollars, which can become quite expensive if you are there for a longer time and want to see something else. There is no supermarket nearby and the bus stop is 4 kilometers away.

Kept awake my first night from people opening my window louvers from outside my bure and banging on the walls. Horrible situation to be in informed resort staff only to be told it is locals and not to worry. The following day I informed I would be checking out due to the fact I felt my belongings were not safe in my room due too "locals" opening them all night and looking in. I had 3 more night booked with the resort and was told that if I checked out I would not get any compensation or refund. I continued to check out anyway and rebooked with another resort. Best decision ever!

Right on the waterfront, cabins were realy nice, reef great for snorkeling, staff were great!
Paved road be nice 3.5 kms off road to get there…
The grounds are nice, the snorkelling off the beach is fantastic and the village next door is incredible but that’s the end of the good points
From the bed to the food they give you, we got such a sense the owners have cut every single corner they can to reduce their costs to make a profit and unfortunately this is at their guests expense. It was so bad that after booking for a week we decided to move to another resort after just 3 night, when I explained why we were leaving early they couldn’t care less and didn’t offer compensation.
The food was very delicious, with different options to eat each night. The staff were also very friendly, encouraging everyone to get to know each other.
The snorkeling was also really nice as the resort is located where many tropical fish are.
The resort was 3km off the main road, so even if you wanted to take a bus, you have to first take a taxi or you're forced to hike a gravel track that goes up and around mountains with your luggage.
For the activities, staff would frequently forget what was meant to be on and when, so we ended up missing out on some activities as they were unprepared for the schedule that they set for the day.
The meal prices also increased by a few dollars every day that we were there, making our stay increasingly expensive, with the free breakfast options being extremely limited.
We also found that the rooms were unclean, with marks on the cabinets and stains on the sheets, the floors were also very dirty. There were also gaps in our roof allowing bugs and geckos in, meaning I left with about 13 mosquito bites.
Breakfast was awesome
lovely selection of fruits
everything was perfect
Breakfast was great 👍 very friendly staff.

Slow wifi, having to wait for 15 min for the payment to process because the wifi was slow and the rude attitude of the cashier [Indofijian female].
Wszytsko było bardzo dobrze, świetny bar, możliwość masażu, korzystania z kajaków i jakiś dodatkowych aktywności.
We appreciated this smaller, family friendly resort for a 3 generation holiday. The rooms were clean, the beds were excellent, and the facilities were spacious, if needing a little spruce up in places.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the activities that were available through the day. The kids helped find hermit crabs, and toads for the evening races😊.
The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fish life found snorkeling just right off the beach. There are also kayaks available to use in the safe lagoon.
The accessibility of the village kept us grounded in the local community.
Some of the evening entertainment by the local village people singing/dancing was just superb.
We had a car, so could get off-site for days like doing river-tubing(excellent!!), and the Kula Wildlife park(also an excellent outing)
Breakfast was an ample continental breakfast with the option to buy cooked breakfast. Lunch menu was limited but very good.
Sorry staff - but we did feel the evening meals sometimes let you down, being fairly expensive for a 3 star resort, and sometimes just lacking in veges and taste. The staff were adaptable for children, and did produce things not on the menu, like fried vege rice. We appreciated being able to order earlier for the children.
We did pop out for some cheaper evening meals about 25 minutes away.
