Quiet place, kind staff.
Pros:

Excellent stay for us. We spent 2 nights here and loved it. Service and accommodations were lovely. Shout out to Rachel who helped us with a passport situation and helped us with securing our ride, too.

Velice pěkný hotel, až neuvěřitelně ochotný personál, čisto, krásné výhledy z restaurace a rooftop baru, recepce nám pomohla s transfery a vším co jsme potřebovali 👍👍 Velmi dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Měli jsme pokoj se 2 postelemi jako 2 přátelé, chlapi … a byla zde prosklená koupelna do pokoje 😅 Ale aspoň tam byl závěs tak dobrý 😃

Amazing stay in Le Jardin!
Pros:

The stay in the hotel is amazing! The staff are all kind and nice and deliver high quality services. We first enjoyed welcoming drinks on the house while staff members process the check-in procedures, and our room was ready at around 1pm. The reception staff, Daniel, was so kind that he personally recommended tourist spots and restaurants. The recommendations were so helpful and we enjoyed the spots a lot!

Next, the services were also delivered on point. We would request for a bowl of ice every night to enjoy our drinks in the room, the bowl was ready as soon as we went up to the restaurant named November. The food served during the breakfast period was also wonderful, such that we believe that the pho served was even better than famous restaurants that served pho!

To sum up, we would highly recommend everyone who like high quality services to come to the hotel for an amazing journey!

Friendly staff, good breakfast restaurant with lake views
Pros:

A nice place to stay in Hanoi. Super staff at breakfast and reception. Comfortable rooms. Unusual bathroom which in my view was not that practical - a deep step into the bath for over bath shower. Bizareely the shower has 2 windows into the room - there are blinds but these are hard to reach unless you are in the tub itself. More signage needed to preven water splashing on to the floor. Complimentary toiletries.

Good hotel, so so location
Pros:

Hotel is nice. Very clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size and immaculate. Beds are very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok though a little chaotic as the restaurant space is quite small, eggs have to be ordered though rest is self service. The pool is quite nice, it’s small but a good addition and appears well looked after. Biggest issue is there are only 2 lifts which hold about 5 people, yet there are 12 floors! Restaurant is on floor 12, so it can be quite a wait for the lift to get back down.

It has been wonderful experience
Pros:

It was very helpful. I would thank Tracy for her helpful nature. Us being Indian the staff was very helpful for vegetarian food and veg bread. Would suggest for stay here.

I came to Hanoi for traveling and chosen Le Jardin Hotel to stay. The room is cozy, everything is clean, nice and neat. All staffs are helpful ( especially Tracy ). The breakfast is wonderful. Worthy experience.

Quiet peaceful stay in the middle of a chaotic city
