Pros:

Sparkling clean, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, nice pool, gym and lobby. All the staff is very nice and very professional.Breakfast staff provide charming service. We enjoyed the warm welcome from concierge Daniel who oriented us on the map, answered every question patiently and listened carefully to suggest food and activities in Hanoi to match our style. Highly recommended.

Cons:

I hope you can make a water refill station available for guests who carry refillable bottles!

Great hotel - staff, food, price point ideal.
Pros:

Great little hotel and very reasonably priced. I stayed on level 10 and then came back for 1 night and stayed on level 6. Both rooms had large window looking out. My friends stayed in cheaper room. Windows frosted and smaller but it didn’t matter much as we weren’t in a rooms a lot, mostly out and about. Grab taxi less than $2 to old quarter/ anywhere.

Good location to hustle and bustle downtown.
Pros:

The staff at lobby were great and check in efficiently. Lobby layout was beautiful with painting.

Cons:

The room was small and the bathroom felt dated. Soundproofing was not great and street noise could be heard clearly. Breakfast service felt rushed and the staff seemed inexperienced. I requested a window seat but the staff were hesitant to clean it and instead asked us to sit in the middle area. Overall, the service felt unaccommodating.

The pool area was dated and the spa did not appear to have water or was not functioning.

Pros:

Amazing hostel, highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay and were warmly welcomed by Rachel (Linh), who went above and beyond to take care of us. She gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Hanoi, as well as helpful tips for the rest of our trip in Vietnam.
Even after we checked out, the hostel kindly stored our luggage and let us use the shower facilities, which we really appreciated.
Great atmosphere, excellent service, we would definitely come back.

Rooms are spartan. OK for a short stay. Best to stay in the Old Quarter.
Pros:

Lovely rooftop bar and breakfast set-up. Kind, attentive staff in the dining areas.

Cons:

Front desk staff are stiff and rather rigid, too formal. Relax, smile — the majority of your guests are on vacation.

The steps leading up to the lobby are a hazard for the elderly and the disabled.

Un très joli établissement. Un personnel très accueillant en particulier au moment du check-in. Une insonorisation quasi parfaite même avec une chambre sur rue. Une literie absolument fantastique.

Cons:

Pas grand chose si ce n'est peut-être une localisation à l'extrême nord du Old Quarter mais quand même tout à fait accessible.

Classy Hotel with cool rooftop bar in the old quarter
Pros:

Very stylish hotel in the middle of the old quarter - cool decor. Nice rooms, wonderful roof top bar in the evenings,

Cons:

Staff were lovely - on checkin the nice lady gave an extensive orientation of the city with a map - we were very keen to get to the room and get a shower - she was doing her job, but perhaps check if guests want the summary version or the extended full overview !

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We stayed here with our Gate 1 tour added an additional two days on our own. I had notified staff of that and asked to keep same room which they were more than happy to oblige. Location is considered old quarter but a little removed from the heart of it. It is still within easy walking distance and tours picked us up directly at hotel. Rooftop bar was great with happy hours. Breakfast good with a menu even. Staff was exceptional on my 5am departure to the airport arranging a taxi the night before and a boxed breakfast to go.

Cons:

The elevator is a bit small to handle big groups

One night stay, enjoyed a relaxing day at hotel
Pros:

We liked that it had a pool. A spacious room. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly helpful staff especially Daniel who went through the hotel facilities with us and helped us with places to eat and we went to one of them for late lunch… very good.
