Pros:

Fijne locatie in een leuk wijkje, veel restaurantjes op loopafstand en tegenover het station.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker.
De kamer was ruim, schoon en echt net een fantastisch uitzicht!
Goed formaat bad met onsenwater op de kamer.

Cons:

De heren onsen was gesloten, blijkbaar al een maand. Dit werd vooraf niet gemeld en juist om die onsen hadden wij dit hotel geboekt.
Dit hadden ze moeten melden.

A wonderful, comfortable hotel for discovering Osaka
Pros:

All employees were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped and all information was also provided in English. We really loved the option to fill the bathtub with thermal bathing water. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a variety of delicious traditional japanese and western food. Just keep in mind that the buffet closes at 10 am and that cleaning preparations start at 9:45 am , so if you'd like to sleep in on vacation, you should hurry to have breakfast. The hotels location is rather central in Osaka and well connected. Even though busy streets and train stations are close, our room was thankfully quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitley book again.

臭いが・・・
Pros:

・駅から近く、コンビニも近い。飲食店も近くにたくさんあり便利。
・部屋のお風呂で温泉が入れる。
・遮光カーテンで、日が入らず遅くまでゆっくり寝ることができた。

Cons:

・部屋に入った時の臭いが気になった。古い？臭いがした。
・ホテルにある入浴施設について、利用方法などもう少し分かりやすくかいてほしかった。（チェックアウト後も利用できるとか、ロッカーがあるのか？どんな感じになってるとか）

Disappointing service
Pros:

Excellent location, beds were comfy and room size was good.

Cons:

The rooms stunk of cigarette smoke and while the staff sprayed it and offered to move us, it wouldn't make a difference as the whole building smelt like smoke. Also, the men's spa facilities were not working and we were only advised on arrival which is very disappointing as we paid extra to stay at this hotel for the spa facilities. We should have been advised in advance to have the option to change hotels earlier. Also, we were charged a hefty city accommodation tax that was much more than booking.com indicated to us and much more than our friends paid. Due to language barriers, it became quite frustrating and I ended up paying it even though I truly believed I was being overcharged. There was no effort to have someone try to explain it to me when an English speaking staff member came on duty.

良かった。
Pros:

温泉が部屋で出るところ、タリーズコーヒーがあり、便利でした。
