Temizliği güzeldi. Personel ilgi alakası güzeldi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı sadece görsel olarak iyiydi. İçerik ve çeşitlilik açısından yetersizdi. Uluslararası konaklama yapılan, bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir otelin çok daha kapsamlı bir kahvaltı sunması gerekir. Fiyat-performans açısından hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

Pros:

Nicht das neueste Hotel, und vor allen Dingen sauber. Tolle Lage, toller Blick aus dem Fenster über Rosa. Barbereich haben wir nicht benutzt, aber man kann in der kleinen Badewanne heißes Quellwasser nutzen.

Pros:

Top Lage, direkt am Bhf Osaka Fukushima, Konbini direkt unten. Gutes Frühstück, auch Onsen (800yen für Erwachsene, 500 für Kinder) ist gut. Sehr sauber und Personal sehr hilfsbereit

大阪駅周辺のお宿はここに決まりかな
Pros:

大阪駅から一駅で、改札降りたらすぐ目の前がホテルという立地の良さ。近くには飲食店が豊富にあり滞在には困らない。

Cons:

温泉の浴場ありでしたが、有料だった。部屋のお風呂でも温泉水が使えるので問題ないが、大きな浴槽で温泉味わいたかった。

Pros:

・チェックアウトが正午までとゆっくり出来た点
・化粧鏡があった点(大変助かりました)
・ホテル内にコンビニやチェーン店などが常設されてる点
・駅近
・見晴らしがよく窓から見える夜景も綺麗

Cons:

・チェックイン時に案内してくれた若い男性スタッフさんの対応がだるそうというか適当で、親切な感じはあまりしなかった点。(その他のスタッフさんは良かった)
