Excellent value, comfortable central hotel. No complaints at all!
Pros:

Right across the road from a very central station. Quiet spacious room, really helpful staff on all levels in all areas. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

A beautiful spot to enjoy Osaka.
Pros:

The hotel was super easy to get to from the Osaka Loop Line and had convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful from the minute we walked in. The room was lovely and a decent size when many hotels in Japan are quite compact. Having hotspring water in the bath/shower was wonderful for a good soak. The bed was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

A good base to visit Osaka and environs
Pros:

A well-designed room, with a table and two chairs - rare these days! Good location near Osaka station and the main museums.

Pros:

1. Местоположение, рядом с метро.
2. Постельное бельё меняли каждый день, как и полотенца.

Cons:

1. Отсутствие бесплатной гладильной доски и утюга.
2. Грязные кружки, мыли через день.
3. Из-за того что мусорное ведро небольшого размера, я возле него поставила пакет, в котором лежал тоже мусор.
Уборка была каждый день, но этот пакет игнорировался 2 дня точно, весь мусор выкидывали из ведерка, но пакет, где видно, что это отходы, оставляли на месте.
4. Полотенца тонкие и уставшие.
5. К тапочкам вопросы есть, предполагаю, что они многоразовые не для одного клиента.
6. Поверхности в комнате вытирались плохо.
