Pros:

ベッドが広く、ゆったり過ごす事ができました。駅が目の前で、外食に困りません。

Cons:

廊下に、大きな掃除機が置きっぱなしだったのが、見た目に残念でした。

私は、あまり気になりませんが、サービスの点から言うと片付け忘れですね。

Pros:

Everything was efficient organised and availabke to my disposal with much effort and for a mother of 3 , this was very appreciated. View from room at night is amazing

Cons:

Check in was very regid, has to be at 3pm so at 3pm it was lile rush hour....lots of people trying to cjeck in all at once. If the room is only ready at three you can check in and advise client

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful and courteous staff. Booking.com messed up my bookings, but the staff were so patient with us and supported us with alternate booking. Love the location of the hotel, proximity to train station and plenty of restaurants. Rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable.

晚間入住距離車站很近，很容易到，房間相對來說蠻大的，房間浴室就有溫泉可以使用，白天逛街完之後，回來可以洗溫泉，真的是太好了。
Pros:

地點非常好，距離車站很近，附近的商圈很熱鬧，生活機能很好。

Cons:

住宿費用可以更平價那就更好了

Spacious room, with good views.
Pros:

The hotel was directly across the road from the Fukushima metro station and was very convenient in that sense. The staff were very helpful. The room was large by Japanese standards and had a nice view.

Cons:

The check in ( 3 pm) and check out ( 12 noon i think) policy was a bit rigid though the staff were helpful in letting me store my luggage while i went out to shop. Strangely, the reception has a huge pile of toileteries at the reception( toothbrush/paste, razors etc) and one is expected to take them up to the room if needed.

Old fashioned Japanese hotel converted to more casual one, and you may like it if you are Japanese
Pros:

The building itself is a little bit old but well refurbished. A little bit far from Umeda/Osaka St., but it's okay if the weather is fine.

Cons:

The breakfast was not attractive and delicious. But you can bring anything from the nearest convenience store!

Location is further from most tourist areas in Osaka but value is great if you are comfortable using trains

Adequate room, has onsen water available in your tub. Konbini adjacent to it and JR line across street from it.

Great location for everything, especially going to Universal Studios!
Pros:

Great location being a short walk from Osaka station with Fukushima station being right across the road too. Tulleys and Family Mart both located at the hotel for anything you need with eateries all around. The room was large and bright with a great bathroom featuring hot spring option! Was clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing with check in and arranging the Yamato service for our luggage. Short journey from the hotel to Universal Studios was so convenient!
