Fantastic bed, basic breakfast, edge of town. Good value for money
Pros:

Really warm and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable after trekking. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

A little bit of a walk into town which might be intimidating for some solo travellers at night when the local roads are quiet except for over protective dogs

Buen servicio, incovenientes al pagar
Pros:

Excelente servicio en general. Desde las comidas y el personal muy atento y a disposición de solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Cons:

Hubieron imprevistos al momento del pago, el precio que ofrecía acá en Booking no fue el mismo que termine abonando. Tuve que pagar igual una diferencia que no tenía planeada y no hubo ningún aviso previo.

“Estadía muy cómoda con excelente atención”
Pros:

El hotel es muy confortable y lindo. La atención del personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La cama era cómoda y la calefacción funcionaba perfecto, lo que hizo la estadía muy agradable.

Cons:

Quizás la distancia al centro, que está a unas diez cuadras. De todas formas, se puede ir caminando sin problema, así que no fue un inconveniente importante.

Moc dobrá snídaně, ubytování v pohode, čisté a pohodlné

Cons:

Vzdálenost do centra je cca 15 minut pohodové chůze, když neprsi:-)

Lo staff premuroso, ma conoscono poco l'inglese. Hanno fatto in modo che la camera fosse pronta prima del check-in ufficiale. La camera era comoda e tranquilla.

Pros:

La comida, las habitaciones y el personal estuvieron fenomenales. Hay una pequeña terraza para ver el atardecer, leer y hasta hacer ejercicio al aire libre. Muy recomendado.

Cons:

Un poco alejado del centro (20 minutos a pie), pero genial para conocer y caminar un poco.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff - they were very responsive over Whatsapp and in person: they booked us taxies from and to the airport, and quickly solved our issue with the safe.

Cons:

Room was small, a bit dated and bare-bones. Biggest issue was the central heating, we ended up sleeping with the window open. Breakfast was OK but not a huge variety (but this seems to be a running theme with all the hotels we've stayed at in the country). As the other reviews mention it's a bit of a trek to reach the centre (~15 mins),

Gastvriendelijk personeel, maar te gehorig.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was een van de betere van onze reis door Patagonie. Ook waren de medewerkers vriendelijk en had het hotel ook wat broodjes en salades om als lunch mee te nemen (tegen betaling).

Cons:

Enorm gehorig hotel. We hadden een kamer boven de ingang, waar het geluid van buiten klonk alsof het naast je gebeurde. De vloer was ook erg lawaaiig. Er zijn fietsen te huur, maar die waren zo goed als niet bruikbaar (slappe band, te klein). De schoonmaker heeft helaas een lader kapper getrapt. Kan gebeuren, maar het hotel kon hier niks in betekenen, en er is niet proactief op gereageerd. Dat kan verbeterd worden.

Estancia agradable
Pros:

El hotel es lindo. Tiene buen desayuno desde bien temprano lo cual permite desayunar antes de las excursiones. Permiten dejar las valijas luego del check out si tu vuelo sale tarde.

Cons:

No me gustó mucho la ubicación. Si bien se puede ir caminando al centro.
