Funcionários excepcionalmente simpáticos (destaque para a Dalma), hotel com espaço bom, aquecimento bom e boa infraestrutura geral. O quarto de hotel mais limpo que já vi na minha vida.

The pleasant, helpful, and friendly staff enhanced the quality of the stay.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. We got a room on the ground floor which was what we wanted. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful.

Cons:

It’s a little bit out of the way. You have to take a taxi to get to the center of town where the best restaurants and shops are.

It's worth the money, and everything is great about staying here.
Pros:

The hotel is cozy, and the common areas are very comfortable. Breakfast is included and it’s good. You can rent a bike from the hotel and ride to the lake. If you need a taxi, just tell the reception and they will call one for you.
