No andaban blos ascensores.
El agua caliente, sale tibia.
No había recipiente para calentar agua en la habitación a pesar de tener cocina .
La puerta del baño no cerraba bien.
Mucho olor a humedad en el hotel.
Está muy descuidado el manteniendo del.edificio.

ubicación y que cuenta con cochera, aunque sea paga adicional.

Cons:

Mal mantenido. Me tocó una habitación sin calefacción (-1° de temperatura). Pedí cambio, y en la nueva habitación el aire acondicionado no tiraba calor. Fallaba el botón del ascensor para llamarlo en el piso 2... Mal mantenido y sin los arreglos necesarios para una agradable estadía.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y la chica del desayuno realmente una excelente atención y disposición para con los huéspedes. Voluntad de servicio que muchas veces es difícil de ver.

Le falta mantenimiento y cariño. Es funcional pero está venido a menos. Nosotros nos quedamos en una habitación quíntuple, la sostuvimos porque era para para solo una noche ya que estábamos de paso. El dormitorio matrimonial no tiene portátiles solo luz de techo, una sola mesa de luz, la persiana se trancaba arriba. No hay un frigo bar para aunque sea guardar una botella de agua. La mesada del baño principal debajo estaba impresentable, la grifería no cerraba del todo. La grifería del bidet hacía un ruido tipo bocina al abrirla. Todo funcionaba pero con esos detalles que en definitiva se resumen en falta de mantenimiento y cariño. Las paredes tenían los clavos a la vista, no había perchas en el despojador de la entrada ni en el ropero principal, las tuvimos que sacar de un dormitorio para poder colgar los abrigos. Éramos 5 y solo había 4 sillas...

El desayuno muy completo, relacionado precio -calidad, La ubicacion excelente viaje para hacer tramites en la embajada de EEUU, excelente.
El personal de recepcion muy amables excelente atención.

Cons:

Podria mejorar el sistema de calefacción, si bien la habitacion tenia, el lugar comun, no tenia y hacia mucho frio.
Ese detallo no impidio que la estadia fuera excelente
