A very pleasant stay location.
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have stayed here before and the experience has always been a pleasant one.

Cons:

The air conditioner seems to be linked with others and cannot be regulated independently.

Good value for money and location. We would consider this property first again on future Ottawa visits.
Pros:

We really liked that we could walk to the Parliament area in about 30 minutes. A pleasant walk even in the winter. Hotels we searched on the Ontario side were so much more expensive for the same proximity. And the property is just a five-minute walk to a handful of great restaurants; and about 15 minutes to the Museum of Canadian History. The room was very spacious.
