Decent stay but would have better if the front office people had been more receptive
Pros:

The location
The restaurant staff was very good and always asking us about our requirement

Cons:

Reception staff could be friendlier and more understanding of customer needs
Was adamant about not giving 2 key cards in double occupancy saying it is management policy

I would stay here again!
Pros:

The room was very cosy and comfortable. Nice loungeroom area by the front desk.

Cons:

Sometimes I smelt cigarette smoke from my room. I think there was a smoking room on my floor.

Hotel with old facilities, but clean.
Pros:

Located at central business district offer ease access to different locations.

Cons:

The standard room is located at the back fire exit passageway to enter, which have heavy smoke smell which the hotel unable to resolve. When entering the room, the smell will enter which is unpleasant.

Overnighter
Pros:

An overnight stay en route to Jim Corbett tiger reserve. Room 101was fine, a nice size with all amenities. We had dinner and the food was excellent as was the service. As we were leaving early morning the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was a nice touch. Good value for money
