Cute place. Beautiful pool. Great lication.

I didn’t really know about the breakfast and didn’t have it.
The pool was gorgeous. It was very pretty nice view of the mountains.

— I didn’t find the bed too comfortable cause it was very soft and I didn’t really like the pillows either. The air conditioner was noisy and the only other option was to open the windows in the street was kind of noisy. I didn’t realize that if you get a view of the mountains, you also get a view of the street.

Friendly staff, good location, pretty setting - we would recommend to friends.
Pros:

enjoyed the pool area which is supplied with towels and ice water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location- quiet but right off main shopping and dining area

Cons:

plantation shutters in room look nice but allow too much light from the courtyard come in. We like a dark room when trying to sleep.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice and I liked how the outside had space to socialize. They offered bikes which I think it’s a great way to get around and see the city. Also all the mini shampoos and soaps were great!!

Proximité avec downtown , qualité des équipements la piscine au top

Cons:

Rien même le pt dej qui n’en n’est pas réellement un mais jus d’orange et très bon croissant font que vous prenez un vrai expresso en machine et vous allez au bord de la piscine à l’ombre et c’est parfait, relax et zen .

Perfect, would love to stay longer next time. 100% recommend to anyone
Pros:

Absolutely everything was perfect. Room, staff, pool, location, parking, facilities etc. all 10 out of 10.
We had booked a 25 day, (22 separate stays) , 4000 + mile road trip holiday and Alcazar Palm Springs was easily top 3 best accommodation that we experienced.

Pros:

Loved everything about the property. If I would add anything, I would shade the pool a little more. When I was there, it was extremely hot, and some shade over the pool during the hottest hours would have been a plus. But I still loved everything.
