Pros:

Very comfortable beds and love the small walk in closet with dresser for storing belongings :). It was great to have water by the pool and delicious coffee available in the kitchen area at any time. Staff was welcoming, friendly and accomadating. Overall a great stay. I look forward to visiting again.

A very nice boutique hotel in a great location
Pros:

It’s exactly as advertised—a small boutique hotel with friendly staff, a quiet atmosphere, a clean property, and comfortable rooms. We visited during Modernism Week, and the location couldn’t have been better for easy access to shops, restaurants, activities, and events. We were able to walk everywhere and really appreciated the convenient onsite parking. We especially enjoyed meals at Cheeky’s and Birba, both adjacent to the property, and took advantage of the hotel’s morning coffee, tea, and pastries.

Great experience; would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

Lovely setting in a great location for walking Palm Springs. Small hotel with lots of well-regarded restaurants nearby. Was traveling alone and always felt safe. Also, my room had one of the most flattering full length mirrors I’ve ever stood in front of 😝

Cons:

A little loud in the morning by my room location with service carts, etc moving around. A valuables safe would be a nice addition.

Wish the pool was open 24 hr so you could go in the jacuzzi early in the morning.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the property and the room was excellent. That’s super important to me and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and walkable distance to so many restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will be back for another stay. Loved it!

We would not choose to stay here again because of the acoustics of the room.
Pros:

Convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. Coffee, tea and pastries were great. Pool area was relaxing as well.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drain was clogged and the walls were very thin. We could hear the couple in the room next to us talking.

Great location right in the heart of the action and TJ at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The pool is stunning and rooms are clean. We loved our stay!
