Affordable with great location
Pros:

I recently completed one of my longest stays in Thailand, spending 8 nights at this hotel, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

One of the highlights was the bar. Kwan was exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and making sure guests were well looked after. The daily Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with buy 1, get 1 free drinks was a great bonus.

The location is also very convenient. There are several 7-Eleven stores within a 5-minute walk, plenty of delicious local food just 8 minutes away, a large car park right beside the hotel, and a bus stop only 3 minutes away with easy access to destinations such as MBK, CentralWorld, and other popular attractions.

The only downside is that the rooms are starting to show their age. They could definitely benefit from a renovation, and there was a slight musty smell in the room.

During my 8-night stay, I experienced a few hiccups. However, Duty Manager Ms. Worakarn Jiamchan handled every issue with outstanding professionalism. She listened carefully, resolved each concern promptly, and ensured a satisfactory outcome. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly impressed me and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.

Despite the room needing some upgrades, the excellent service from the team—especially Ms. Worakarn and Kwan—made my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Thailand and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality in a convenient location.

Location advantage and competitive pricing
Pros:

The Location is good with a comfortable entrance for boarding and alighting and the reception was quick in checking in and check out The staff at Stone Bar ware courteous and excellent menu & Drinks

Cons:

the Bath room need some plumbing repoair of the hand shower. the Rooms are pretty small for a star hotel. The Toilet room is calustrobhopic and storage space is fquite limited . hardly any vegetaian dishes in the break fast menu

Breakfast experience
Pros:

The breakfast buffet staff is exceptional. They are very kind and respectful. The servers, counter staff, and hosts and hostesses are thr best. Kudos to Mr. K-pop for leading such a great team. Great food ad well.

best location , reasonable price
Pros:

this hotel locates in Silom area, where traffic is very bad . Room is equipped with facilities , as 3-4 stars standard .I was upgraded to higher floor and room was very spacious, both bathtub, shower room . living room area and sleeping area are separated . stone bar and restaurant is on same floor with lobby , there are no restaurants and convenient stores on neighbors .

It was fine. No major complaints. Well maintained and managed.
Pros:

Location had easy access to major roads, so easy to get in and out. The hotel felt clean and well maintained and modern. The downstairs lounge had a good amount of traffic without being obnoxious. The live music was nice.

Cons:

Small room with a strong air conditioner and no way to crack a window. Got pretty cold and humid at the same time. Not ideal for sleeping. But it was manageable.

One small detail: it is easy to miss the parking entrance right off the intersection, and it is not easy to get back to it once you pass.
