A vista e a localização do hotel são perfeitas. Janela panorâmica que dá uma ótima sensação. A cama, coberta e travesseiros são mt confortáveis e gostei Mt da estrutura do banheiro. O tamanho do quarto tbm é Mt agradável. Fiquei Mt feliz que consegui fazer check in antecipado pois estava cansada da viagem. Também um dos dias precisei fazer um passeio mais cedo e me forneceram um box de café da manhã.

Cons:

Acho que poder um hotel da rede Hilton eu esperava mais em relação a qualidade no geral, seja no café da manhã, nos mimos, na estrutura e do serviço oferecido. O gerente me perguntou se estava tudo certo e dei o feedback que faltavam coisas simples como cotonetes, pantufa, roupão… coisas esperadas para um hotel Hilton 4 estrelas, e ele tentou resolver da melhor forma, mesmo assim acho que deveria ser um padrão melhor de serviço.
