Quirky, friendly and convenient. A go-back-to kind of hotel!
Pros:

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to store our bags just before check in and after check out so we could continue exploring Brighton.
The room we had was the Diana Dors themed which was quirky and well lit. Would've loved a couple more books about her on the shelf - we actually didn't know much about her until I started reading her 3rd book that was on the shelf.
We saw on their website after booking that prices are better direct which we might test out next time. We definitely plan to go again to try out another themed room. They advertised extras such as massages which was easy to organise and excellent on the day - we pinged a message via Booking.com and they booked it. Great massages!
Pretty good location, accessible within 20min walk of most key areas of Brighton. Parking closest at Regency Square looked convenient but we learnt too last minute (on their website) that it was there and parked a 30mins walk away!

Cons:

The pillows were far too limp, soft, and unsupportive, even with two but otherwise the bedding/ mattress was clean and comfortable.
Very minimal amenities wise, which is probably why there's disagreements online with what number of stars this place should be classed as - we felt 3.5 was reflective of the amenities. Doesn't put us off going again though as the quirky room themes are the charm of this place.

Amazing, will definitely be back.
Pros:

Everything, the room was amazing. Loved the decor, private courtyard and entrance in and out. Was so clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was lovely and very different! Staff were so helpful and friendly too.

Stylische und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft nahe am Strand
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Meer und nahe an der Innenstadt. Sehr schönes Haus, extrem liebevoll eingerichtet, sowohl die Bar als auch die Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Und alles blitzsauber und ordentlich. In der Bar exzellente Drinks am Abend und außergewöhnlich feines Frühstück!

We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it and also for a repeat visit.
Pros:

The hotel was a fun boutique type and it exceeded expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. These things really enhanced our few days there. It was situated a little further out from the centre than expected but that was no problem but might be if someone had a very limited capacity to walk. The lift was small but adequate and welcome in such an hotel. The breakfast choices offered was excellent value as was the food itself.

Cons:

I would have preferred that the hotel supplied a fold up luggage stand as I dont like to think of guests putting their cases on the beds and there was little storage space so that would solve the problem.

Fun place to be beside the sea

Loved it, will be back
Pros:

This place is quirky. The breakfast was really good. Nice Session IPA on draft in the bar. It is not a modern hotel but it is very cool and didn’t cost a fortune. A stones throw from the beach. Excellent seafood restaurant at the end of the street.

A fun and enjoyable hotel.
Pros:

We had the Modrophenia room which was quirky and fun, from the bedside tables to the mirror. Love the idea that every room is different, meaning you can’t help but want to book again and try a different theme.

Cons:

The room was really warm and quite stuffy even with the window wide open and whilst a fan was provided, it was a bit too loud to sleep with so we both woke in the morning a bit blocked up.

A magnificent, fun, quirky, comfortable and beautifully designed!
Pros:

I loved the vibe and decor of the property! The mattress was super comfortable, the room itself was beautiful with all the little decor touches making it such a wonderful and fun experience! I also enjoyed the shower, good facilities and a little table with tea and coffee by the window with a lovely view!!!
The ladies running this place were also so helpful! Lovely, friendly, professional and go above and beyond to make your stay happy and comfortable.
