Location
So where do I start. No body gave any warning that there was a music festival until 2am! At £300-400 a night this should be told to people booking or at least be shown on website or booking.com. After turning up to 25 drunk men and ladies all in the hall way and up the stairs to our room. Having to battle through drunk people that were rude and just didn’t move out the way to the point I had to get aggressive as they wouldn’t let my wife past. Then from 5pm to earlier hours of the morning having to listen and watch people throw up all out side the front of the property! Great balcony that was. Also while sat on the balcony having people above throw their rubbish out the window onto the street! Disgusting behaviour. Also had the delight of listening to very drunk people next door have a massive argument with all sorts of word for ages. My wife and my self did not feel safe at all in this property Having so many drunk people out side your room.
The hotel guest comes last in every way, shape and form. Not one hotel worker told the lingering drink crowd to be respectful to the people who have spent 100s on a hotel room. I also have videos and pictures of everything even down to the dirty cups left for us in our room. I also went to order room service and was told there to busy at the bar and could I come down. Only when I said what the hell did the staff change his mind.
I would avoid this hotel like the plague! I have stayed in better travel lodges in remote parts of Scotland and wales that have been far superior in every way.
I would like a FULL REFUND either from booking.com or the hotel itself! I’m more than happy to turn to every social media page with my evidence or go to a Brighton news paper station or radio outlet.
I have never been this mad before In my life. Happy anniversary to me and my wife.
It’s quirky and arty. We stayed in the David Bowie themed room and I’d like to stay again to see the other rooms. The bed was a little low but that’s only because I have back pain and it took me a while to get up. Enjoyed the dressing up clothes and wigs.. added some fun to our stay! The breakfast was very nice and it’s in an informal setting, like a home from home. It’s close to all of Brighton’s array of things to do, restaurants are plentiful it’s and next to the beach.
It was different, quirky and we loved it.
Nothing
Exceeded expectations fabulous hotel amazing rooms wonderful staff , location could not be better
Hotel Pelirocco is a quirky, stylish boutique hotel on Regency Square, a couple of minutes away from the beach. The bar and lounge area is really cosy and cute, with lots of art and music memorabilia. Each room is decorated in a different theme, with lots of lovely design details. Everyone at Pelirocco is warm and friendly, adding to an already wonderful place. And all this for a very reasonable price. Whenever I’m back in Brighton, this is where I’ll be staying!
Nothing. It’s just perfect as it is!
Its quirky and staff are lovely
Couldn’t choose just one room! Had a fantastic stay — the staff were all awesome and super friendly and helpful. The rooms were brilliant, all packed with fun little touches and great attention to detail. Unique hotel and somewhere we’d love to go back to!
This hotel is brilliant, location was excellent and a short trip to the main part of Brighton, the Staff were amazing (all of them) they were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be going back.
The bar staff are lovely and the hotel is very special.
I’ve stayed in the Dollywould room and the Dupenny room and looking forward to trying out the other rooms 🥰
We were looking for somewhere slightly different for our one night in Brighton and we certainly found that at Hotel Pelirocco. From the moment we arrived at its fantastically central location, only 5 minutes from the sea front, we received a warm welcome and instructions for our stay. The quirky decor was brilliantly themed throughout and although the top floor rooms require a certain amount of patience as you mount the stairs, when you arrive the 60‘s theme is cleverly maintained.
Our selected restaurant for the evening was praised by the staff before we arrived and proved a hit. After our evening engagement we returned to the hotel for a nightcap and again our host was courteous and suggested many options.
After a good night’s rest, the breakfast was prompt, impeccable, generous and extremely tasty. Tea in a pot and good coffee rounded the morning off. Bill paid shortly afterwards and even that proved incredible value, for our short stay.
To summarise, highly recommended!
Second time here and I love this hotel more and more every time I stay there. Unique, very clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff is extremely nice and when booked on there own website, breakfast is for free and it is proper freshly cooked one with real coffee, not the usual breakfast bar like in most hotels. Location is great too.
My only sadness is that dogs are not allowed so I can only stay here when I go to Brighton for work. But I understand in a way as everything is so unique that any damage is very difficult or impossible to replace.
Big thumbs up :)
Very quirky, really cool
Room was a bit small and so was the bathroom
Cooles und sehr buntes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und top Lage.

the staff were super fun. The rooms were so well done and great themes and fun. The bar was a happy place great for meeting the other guests and staff. The breakfast was the best I had on my trip to the English coast.
Great view of the sea from our room. Lots of things to do around the hotel. Great neighbourhood. Wonderful shops along the Kings Rd near by. A whole aray of resturaunts and bars within the vicinty. Will be recommending this hotel to all our friends here in the USA and in the UK.
