Went for a 2 night stay with 10 year old granddaughter, and we had a ball! All the rooms are themed, we stayed in the soup room, amazing! We wished we’d booked directly, as you get a better rate than Booking.com and a complimentary breakfast. The whole interior is so unique, and a great location, staff all lovely, will be staying again

Plumbing at the sink needs looking at - water to forever to go down.
The location was easy to get to the room was stunning. They even put silk dressing gowns in there and they even give you a curly whirly. The were so nice and helpful too definitely be going again and woz not expensive ever

Very cool place, nice staff, fun decor, all amenities in working condition. Lift quite tired, but charming. I hope to return.
The lift is a bit tired and some fixtures seemed to be slightly coming out of the walls, otherwise all was well.

I love this hotel so much! It was hard to choose which of the many themed rooms, but I ended up in Modrophenia. I am a huge Who fan, so doing a pilgrimage to all the locations of the film adaptation of Quadrophenia was great, and there's a fun map right in the room, as well as a bisected scooter used as bedside tables; there's a turntable and a number of period-related vinyl, books and DVDs. The staff are super friendly and we're great with communication before I arrived. They let me leave my luggage there until my room is ready at check-in. The downstairs lobby serves as a bar, a meeting place as well as where they serve a pretty substantial breakfast. I booked through their website, and breakfast was free. Really delicious. Again, it is the staff that make your stay so memorable. So charming, funny and accommodating. Mel is a hoot! Regency Square is a great pivot point for touring. You can walk along the strand and the crazy i360 is not a block away. Just a heads up that there was no AC, at least in my room, but they did provide a pretty big fan.

What a delightful rooms-individually - themed little hotel right near the beach. Celebration of my 60th birthday in the Japanese themed room which has a balcony overlooking the sea. Oh how special that was. The service was incredible, the room outstanding and the vibe perfect! (including the most interesting information brochures related to other, more "out there" experiences available from other shops 😅😉) The hotel staff were fabulous and really pulled out all the stops to celebrate me! We will be back (& try another room... Maybe a pole dancing one next time 😉😀)
Another wonderful stay in the Pelirocco. Stayed in the Salon Rouge room - a wonderful homage to the Moulin Rouge and turn of the century Paris. Only downside was there was no wardrobe or storage in the room. But what a room! Sea views, bath in the room - absolutely lovely. Breakfasts were delicious (vegetarian and vegan available) and huge; No need for lunch! Cocktails in the evening were very enjoyable. There's a reason this is ranked as the top hotel in Brighton. Oh, and it's in a great location. Finally, I must say a big thank you to the staff who all go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best. We will, of course be back again.
