Rafaella e André fizeram a diferença no atendimento. Super gentis e prestativos durante todo o tempo. Quarto amplo, novo e cama confortável.

Cons:

Infelizmente, a vedação de som das portas da varanda deixa a desejar. Barulho com trânsito, inclusive durante a madrugada, incomodou.

Best hotel staff I’ve ever seen
Pros:

This hotel has the best staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel in Brazil. From reception to housekeeping, from the restaurant to the operations staff, everyone is very polite, helpful and always in a good mood.

André, the butler, is simply the best of the best.
