Conforto e elegância em um mesmo lugar.
Pros:

Do atendimento, design de interiores, de ter como cortesia água com refil no filtro do corredor. As amenidades do banheiro de qualidade e todo o serviço com uma pegada sustentável. Adorei a academia do prédio também.

Cons:

Do café da manhã não estar incluso e barulho de caminhões/da rua. As portas são anti ruídos mas para quem necessita de um boa noite de sono, a partir das 6h o ruído da rua atrapalhou bastante. Fiquei hospedada no 11 andar.

Infelizmente não voltarei e não recomendo por conta do barulho devido a infra estrutura do quarto

A localização é ótima, bom café da manhã, quarto confortável porém o barulho foi um problema grave. Como não dá para negociar noites mal
Dormidas por esse motivo não recomendo esse hotel, até eles solucionarem o problema

Cons:

O quarto tem toda uma parede com janelas de vidro e porta que dá para uma varanda. Além do barulho das construções ( mas em SP essa tem sido uma realidade e esse tipo de ruído tem hora para começar e acabar )tem o barulho da rua. Isso é o pior pois barulho do transito não para ( lembrar que bem em frente tem a Av JK que é muito movimentada.)
É preciso rever esse problema colocando janelas anti ruído e reformando a estrutura do quarto , bem como a vedação das portas. Você acorda com o barulho das portas dos quarto vizinhos ! Eu fui acordada as 1 h da madrugada com barulho de risadas pois no andar de baixo haviam hóspedes conversando na varanda . Fui também acordada as 6 hs com um vizinho fechando a porta do seu quarto.Tive que mudar de quarto, para um andar mais baixo e na ala par. Agradeço a boa vontade da recepção e do mensageiro André, que nos ajudou a encontrar um quarto menos exposto ao barulho da rua .

Excelente ubicación con un servicio mejorable
Pros:

El desayuno está bien, adoro la posibilidad de elegir el tipo de preparación de los huevos, una tapioca o un omelette

El desayuno está bien, pero siempre tengo problemas con lo mismo, normalmente tomo la habitación sin desayuno, pero el día que decida desayunar, firmo la nota para que sea cobrado al momento del check-out, sin embargo, la persona del control de acceso del restaurante no me dejaba pasar porque mi habitación "estaba bloqueada" para tomar desayuno, no sé si esperaban que me fuera sin pagarlo...

O quarto que fiquei era pet friendly, eu estava com dois gatos.
Senti bastante coceira no corpo de manhã, provavelmente larvas de ácaros, completamente compreensível em um quarto pet, pois os pelos de animais sao repletos de acaros mas poderia ser usado lisoforme para nao acontecer isso.

Decepción. Un 3 estrellas que se vende como de 5 estrellas

Cons:

Reservé este hotel porque se promociona como 5 estrellas, pero lamentablemente la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de ese estándar.
En la práctica, parece un hotel 3 estrellas con nombre de 5. No cuenta con spa, el lobby es pequeño y poco imponente, y no tiene restaurante propiamente dicho: solo una cafetería con tres mesas. Para un hotel que se vende como cinco estrellas, esto resulta muy decepcionante.
La habitación tampoco estaba a la altura. No tenía detalles de lujo, ni amenities diferenciales, ni el nivel de confort que uno espera en esa categoría. Correcta, sí. Cinco estrellas, definitivamente no.
El precio es completamente desproporcionado en relación a las instalaciones y servicios que ofrece. Uno paga tarifa premium esperando una experiencia premium, y eso no sucede aquí.
Además, no cuentan con botones para asistir con las valijas, y el personal —si bien correcto— no demuestra la capacitación ni la templanza propias de un hotel de alta gama.
En resumen: es un hotel 3 estrellas que intenta posicionarse como 5. Si ajustaran el precio o fueran más honestos con la categoría, la experiencia sería distinta. Pero como cinco estrellas, no cumple en absoluto.
