Very Impressed with Nick
Pros:

We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed our stays.

Tonight in particular this feeling was reaffirmed by the serviced received by “Nick” in the restaurant. My daughter asked that her meal be done in a certain way, Nick followed her request and conveyed to the kitchen.

It still wasn’t quite like she had wanted it but didn’t want to comment, Nick noticed that she wasn’t eating so much and asked would she like it to be taken back to the kitchen for improvement. She accepted his suggestion, it came back with the flavour that she wanted.

Wonderful service by a hopefully ! much valued staff member.

Conditional option for tourists who enjoy the outdoors
Pros:

The common areas look like the pictures on the website, but there was only one picture of the bathroom of one unlit, and it looked better than our bathroom.

Cons:

The website lacks pictures of the bedrooms, which are marginal and suitable if you intend to spend your day outdoors and use the room to shower and sleep. The breakfast is expensive.

Cons:

Voornamelijk slechte geluidsisolatie op de kamer. Viel erg tegen !
Er zou ook iets gevonden moeten worden over de bezetting van de bedjes bij het zwembad. Nu waren de beperkt aantal bedjes snel bezet en had je geen kans meer op een bedje.

Professional staff. Good location

Cons:

The smoking area was located too close to my room. I smelled cigarette smoke every time I used the elevator.

The room was spacious but felt very dated. Needs a renovation

Cons:

Can I make the smoking area a bit better? Nowhere to get a coffee if you didn’t have a room with breakfast would be nice if they had somewhere separate that served coffee and pastries in the morning.
