The location and view from our room was fantastic.
There was no hot water in the shower .
Sandra is a breath of fresh air, she's so friendly and makes you feel totally at home. The Bella vista is a lovely place to stay. We were in room 10. Beautiful four poster bed with matching bedroom furniture. Gorgeous little view of the pier. The room smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. The bed was sooo comfortable, we had the best sleep we've ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely and hot and plenty to eat. It kept us full all day. Perfect poached eggs too. Perfect location in Llandudno. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning to Bella vista. Thanks for making our stay perfect Sandra!

Location was lovely
It was extremely dated. Dust and hair everywhere. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in. Bed and pillows extremely hard.

We really liled our stay. However, a more co.fortable mattress and black out curtains would go a long way in terms of comfort.
Location
This hotel was dated there was a musty smell when you went in to your room, there was no shower only a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The bedside light on one side wasn't working as the socket was faulty. When booking it said that breakfast was included in the price but was told that breakfast wasn't included in the price for the last 8years overall Very disappointed with this hotel 😕
