Homely Heaven
Pros:

It is in a great location for shops, restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are clean and comfortable and really makes you feel at home. The breakfast is tasty and has a good selection for a good price.
Definitely somewhere to keep coming back too

The Four Poster Bed was quaint! ♥️
Pros:

The owner was lovely. Very accommodating, professional and personable. Bottles of water in the room were a nice touch. We were upgraded for free to a Seaview view room with a 4 poster bed. Wonderful location too. No complaints at all and we were able to book a last minute late check out for a reasonable extra cost.

Cons:

We liked everything.

If you don't mind climbing several level stair, it might be a good choice.

Avoid room 12, the attic room.
Pros:

Close to all amenities.
Beds were comfortable.

Windows creaked.
Big gaps around window seals allowing the wind to blow the curtains about.
Big gap under door and around fire escape exit.

Charming place to stay. Great hospitality. Perfect location.
Pros:

After staying in so many different places all full of cheap ikea furniture, I enjoyed real, old, wooden pieces with an antique feel. This hotel is full of interesting trinkets, all curated over years, with wall art and decorations that represent the style of the region. Truly refreshing.

Sandra was a fantastic host, very warm, helpful and friendly.

Also, if you are thinking about breakfast - do it. It's tasty, well made, and the views from the dining room are directly onto the promenade.

Cons:

It was all great. Nothing to add here.

Pros:

A wonderful guest house run by the delightful Sandra. We had an amazing stay. The rooms were excellent and the view to the sea was stunning. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly come back. Thank you very much for having us.

Highly recommend and would happily return!
Pros:

Sandra was an excellent host friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property is in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the pier, which made getting around really easy. We stayed as a group of three and found the two-bedroom setup very convenient. The bathroom was large, and the added lounge space made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely experience and really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful stay with heartwarming people
Pros:

Fantastic location right by the promenade and beach, perfect for exploring Llandudno’s seafront, pier, and town centre , all within walking distance to the main attractions plenty great place to eat. Sandra and her family was very lovely and welcoming, the room were clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. If i ever back visit to Llandudno definitely will come back again to stay here.
