Pros:

Was at the hotel for a staycation with my Mum to celebrate my birthday. The staff team was very friendly and helpful at every point during our stay. Information was easily accessible and helpful. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I love the mini bar options and room service was excellent 👌🏽 👏🏼 A special shout out to Alvin and Alex from the room service team who were very attentive, detailed and went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner wonderful. Thank you to the valet, housekeeping and front desk teams for being very friendly and professional. Le Germain Hotels will always have my heart ❤️ I will be back most certainly.

Cons:

There was no assistance available for our luggage at check in. This is different from the experience I had in Ottawa.

4 women, daughter's, co-worker ... ladies night out was perfect.
Pros:

Everything was great. Perfect access to E1leven Restaurant and Scotiabank for Leaf's game. Rooms were very nice, bed was super comfy, everything was great.

Pros:

Location and staff at front desk

Cons:

Paid $550 for a room, nowhere stayed that parking was extra, rather it states it has onsite parking for guests. I even called the hotel to enquire about the parking an no cost was mentioned.
When exiting the underground parking I was surprised to find out I had to pay an additional $55 for parking one night.
Parking for events is $25, and I’m a paid guest of the hotel

We’re inexperienced with traveling down town Toronto. When we arrived at the curb there was someone there to help answer

Great Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Location is Key. Waking distance from everything my family and I were. Room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff and service were outstanding.

A real treat and a perfect stay

The location was perfect for us to take the train across the country the next day! The property was well appointed and super helpful staff!
