The stuff should tell the residents where they can park their cars specially those who arrived at midnight.
This was my second time staying there. It’s located at a very convenient place to shopping and transportation.
The room itself was spacious and clean.

The location is great, nice and close to shops and great places to eat.
The room was incredibly cold, the aircon wouldn’t heat. The staff were able to provide a portable heater though.
My access card didn’t work initially, another guest had the same problem trying to access the car parking and then get into their floor and room.
The room and bed are comfortable and a great location for what we needed.
We felt the corridor was a little musty smelling with dirty walls and it felt like the hallway just needed a little more love (clean) as its not the best impression going to the rooms.
The room contained the basic essentials to meet needs. Easy to order room service- meals lovely.

Proximity to The Glen shopping centre, it was clean, the staff was nice and I liked the buffet breakfast/access to parking.
Small things only including the shower head slowly drooping and not holding into place at room 224. The kettle could use an upgrade. The elevator had some spilled wine, but I understand these things happen with customers. The car park card entry reader was a bit far and sometimes I had to get out of the car to slot the card in for the door to open.
