Pros:

La ubicacion era excelente. El desayuno muy bueno.
Una de las recepcionistas, Iulia, era muy amable y simpatica.
Buen aire acondicionado

Cons:

La habitacion era correcta pero le vendría bien modernizarla. Deberian mejorar la iluminacion

Struttura basica, ma molto pulita e personale molto accogliente
Pros:

La receptionist Yuliya (estremamente gentile e molto brava nel suo lavoro )
La pulizia , i letto ( materassi e cuscini e i lenzuoli) , l acqua calda

Cons:

Alcune cosine tralasciate in camera, tipo
-una frase adesiva sul letto che era mezza staccata ( penzolava) e faceva di non curato
-La porta che, una volta chiusa, non si riusciva a bloccare con catenaccio interno
-nel bagno non c è , in doccia, la corda “sos” per avvisare se si ha bisogno di aiuto
-le crociere dell’armadio (che è aperto, in una struttura apposita) che sono tutte miste fra ferro e plastica e rovinate
-il terrazzino della camera, perlomeno quelle laterali (dov’era la mia) che affaccia direttamente sulle finestre di un altro palazzo… Fortunatamente c’erano le tende oscuranti
-La carta da parati molto scura che rende la camera un po’ tetra

La gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Ho prenotato una doppia e una tripla (siamo una famiglia) ed in entrambe le camere c’era solo un paio di asciugamani per una persona. La doppia aveva la serratura difettosa e a fatica si apriva con la chiave elettronica. Non c’era il telecomando della TV, il condizionatore funzionava ad intermittenza.

Posizione, staff dell'hotel molto gentile e disponibile, colazione internazionale buona.

Cons:

Aprendo la stanza al mio arrivo si riscontrava un evidente cattivo odore (direi di muffa) potenzialmente causato dalla combo condizionatore / moquette.

Suggerirei, non solo a questa struttura ma a tutte, per una questione di pulizia e maggiore igiene, di dismettere la moquette, ricettacolo di qualunque germe e schifezza.

Отель вполне неплохой, расположение отличное, до моря 5 минут, сначала нам достался очень уставший номер, но с персоналом удалось все решить и нам дали свежий номер на первом этаже. Очень хороший завтрак, разнообразный : омлеты, бекон, нарезка, выпечка, дыни , арбузы, ананасы, отличный кофе, супер персонал

Cons:

Два дня не наливали гель для душа, шумный кондиционер, окна номера выходили на стену другого отеля
