Cons:

Very rude reception staff. I stayed in this hotel 3 times, the last time, the reception staff treated us unprofessionally. Therefore, i wont be staying here anymore.

The perfect place to stay comfortably in the heart of Bangkok
Pros:

quite frankly this place is flawless. It is my second stay here and it will still be the place to stay in the future when I come to Bangkok. This time I chose a one bedroom apartment 97m² with stunning views over downtown Bangkok. Everything is perfect and in its place. the communication with the staff is perfect. Room service, comfort and equipment are perfect. It is like being at home in the heart of Bangkok. 5 minutes from the skyway train, Soi cowboy for those who want some entertainment within walkable distance, Shopping malls restaurants, convenience stores, everything is there in a 5/10 minutes radius.

Cons:

The inside of the lifts could be refreshed. The swimming pool needs a dedicated platform to accomodate for more long chairs.

Room with a amazing View and Jacuzzi

Die Aussicht war phänomenal….. und einen privaten Jacuzzi im 33. Stock mit Blick auf die Skyline…. Unbeschreibliche Erfahrung!
Tolle Lage des Hotels im angesagten Viertel… U Bahn und Skytrain fußläufig erreichbar…
Betten sehr bequem.
Würden sofort das Jacuzzi Zimmer wieder wählen..
Preis relativ hoch für Bangkok, aber die Größe der Zimmer und der Blick zahlen sich aus. Klimaanlage macht sich auch bezahlt.
Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht.
Auch vom Pool toller Blick, auch wenn er nicht ganz so frei ist, wie er auf den Bildern scheint (im 25. OG)

Cons:

Das Wasser im Jacuzzi und im Pool schien zu viel Chlor zu haben und griff die Haut schnell an (möglicherweise ein „Problem“ von Bangkok).

最高の癒しでした。
Pros:

とにかくロケーションが良かった。フロントスタッフも親切ですし、問題が起きてもすぐに対応してくれました。
シャワーの水圧も温度調整も問題なし。近くに沢山の美味しいカフェやレストランあり。

Nice hotel suite in a convenient location.
Pros:

Very nice upper floor with city view. Large studio suite. Floor to ceiling windows.

Cons:

The pool area needs a proper lounge deck . I would have liked to spend more time in front of the pool but felt unless you were dining at the restaurant you should not be there.

Breakfast was at a sperate building, inside a restaurant where you order a dish from a menu, not like open buffet style. I wouldn’t recommend
