Great location and peacful. Ideal location near downtown Tulum but on a quieter side street. As other reviews note, great breakfast and service. Quiet retreat!

O hotel tem ótimas instalações, com quarto espaçoso, limpo e um café da manhã saboroso.

Environnement urbain détestable, photos très trompeuses, chambre sans TV avec un filet d'eau pour se doucher, petits déjeuners très incomplêts.

Leider einiges, was die Bewertung als "ungenügend" ergibt:
Mindestens ein Kleiderschrank wäre nötig.
Das angeschlossene kleine Restaurant scheint eher überfordert. Es gibt jedoch im Ort weitere Restaurants zum frühstücken.

Die guten Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Der Check in war unfreundlich und und wurden keine Informationen mitgeteilt nur das Zimmer aufgeschlossen. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, allerdings wurde das Wasser nie richtig warm und das Bett war steinhart, das habe ich in noch keinen anderen Hotel erlebt! Der A/C war nicht richtig zu regulieren und ab morgens um 5 bollerten die Autos über die Straße weil dort eine Verbindungsstraße ist.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sind sehr nett und kümmern sich mit einem Lächeln um dich, leider tun dies nicht alle Mitarbeiter wenn man nicht einen Tauchkurs mit bucht.

Die gute Lage ist dafür echt prima! Man ist direkt im Zentrum und hat ATM und Supermarkt um die Ecke und jede Menge Restaurants.

Insgesamt ist das hotel für mich jedoch nicht zu empfehlen, dafür fehlt es an Komfort, Service und Ruhe. Da gibt es eindeutig schönere und bessere Alternativen in Tulum, die den finanziellen Rahmen nicht sprengen.

The staff are wonderful people with a great history of the land and people. They were so caring and thoughtful. Our room was big and beautiful. It was a peaceful experience.

In the heart of Tulum you wake up in a peaceful environment. It is off the beaten track but a restful place. Beds are huge and comfy, pool relaxing, and the breakfast was extraordinarily yummy. The food was homemade, coffee fresh, local fruit, and hand squeezed juice. A great way to start a day in a Caribbean town. Lots of room for families.

Pros: very clean, great breakfast, great shower - Cons: WiFi mostly didn't work, room was too bright, most light bulbs were not working.

Great place to stay while in Tulum. Super close to the restaurant and shops. However, it's about a 10-12 min drive to the beach.

Small boutique-ish hotel in Tulúm with just a few rooms. Breakfast was included but it was still a bit pricey. Rooms are nice, clean and big. The hotel is quiet pretty, and fairly close to downtown Tulúm.

We came for a family vacation to Tulum in December. The hotel is located in the center on the town, but not on the main street, which is a good factor, since the main street is very noisy. The street itself where this hotel is located is quiet, but not incredibly pleasant. However, once you are inside the hotel you feel like in a miniature oasis. There is a nice garden, and a small swimming pool. The hotel is very clean, and our room was really big. The breakfast was good as well. The only problem was the Internet. It was very weak and slow, and we needed to ask a receptionist a couple of times to reset it, which didn't help much.

En general muy bien, algunas recomendaciones como los colchones son muy duros el servicio y atencion excelentes.

We loved our stay here. Great modern room and bathroom, lively pool and sunny terraces. Sumptuous breakfast and friendly service. This hotel is also a dive school which we had not fully realised when we booked so most of the guests weee out for the day diving.
