Единственное, что понравилось — это фотографии и описание на Booking. В действительности всё оказалось совсем иначе, и положительных впечатлений не осталось.

«Понравилось “оригинальное” решение санузла: туалет совмещён с душем и умывальником, которые отделены лишь занавеской. Во время душа занавеска прилипает к телу, а вода разливается по всему пространству. Сам унитаз расположен крайне неудобно — сесть на него можно либо с открытой дверью и ногой снаружи, либо практически боком, упираясь коленями в стену. Подойдёт разве что для очень компактных гостей.

В номере нас встретил фен, покрытый пылью. Постельное бельё было порвано, умывальник — с повреждениями.

Завтрак оказался очень скромным — выбор практически отсутствовал.

Фотографии на Booking выглядят значительно лучше реальности, поэтому в итоге проживание оставило негативное впечатление.»

Sehr zentrale Lage. Ungewöhnlich ruhig für die Lage.

Cons:

Es fing damit an, dass ich als 70 jähriger einen schweren Koffer in die 2. Etage über eine Wendeltreppe tragen musste! Das war grenzwertig, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war. Das Zimmer [12qm] war ok. Was gar nicht ging war die Toilette. Ein Geschäft mit geschlossener Tür war nicht möglich. Über Booking.com gebucht [wie immer] war nicht ersichtlich, dass pro Tag Parkgebühren in Höhe von 35€ täglich angefallen sind. In Summe plus Hotel war es dann doch eine Katastrophe!! Aufhören möchte ich mit dem Frphstück. Es war weniger als nichts. Zwei Wurstsorten und eine Käsesorte ließ zumindest unser Herz nicht höher schlagen. Wie sind vielreisende, aber so was grottenschlechtes haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Die guten Rezzensionen können WIR nicht nachvollziehen. MfG Fam. N. Molzberger

Locatie is top! Met 5 min ben je op het strand

Cons:

Jammer dat er niet verteld was dat de naast gelegen tankstation verbouwd werd, ‘s ochtends om 7uur al veel lawaai.
Daarnaast is de kamer niet geschikt voor normaal tot lange mensen, recht op het toilet zitten kan niet. Je hebt geen ruimte voor je knieën…

Ich habe nichts positives festgestellt

Das mir vor Ort angebotene Einzelzimmer, Zimmer 8, entsprach in keinster Weise meinen Erwartungen. Der Raum unterm Dach hatte mit den Werbebildern bei Booking überhaupt nichts zu tun. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und an vielen Stellen angeschimmelt, besonders im Duschbereich.

Ich habe mich geweigert, das Zimmer zu beziehen. Ich bat vor Ort einfach um Stornierung und Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Dies verweigerte die Hotelbetreiberin vehement. Es gab viel Diskussion, und ich schaltete zusätzlich den Customer Service von Booking ein, der letztendlich auch keine große Hilfe in der Sache war.

Fazit: Ich musste mir spontan ein anderes Hotelzimmer in Scheveningen suchen und warte bis heute auf die komplette Rückerstattung meiner bereits gezahlten Vorkassenzahlung

De gastvrijheid in het hotel was uitstekend.
Pros:

De kamer was erg mooi. Het bed lag erg comfortabel. De gastvrijheid in het hotel was uitstekend. Als ik nog eens naar Den Haag ga, verblijf ik weer in hetzelfde hotel. Het ontbijt was voldoende.

Für zwei Tage bzw. Nächte war das Zimmer o.k.

Das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Haltestellen gleich in der Nähe.
Das Essen war o.k.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss. Die Treppe nach unten war sehr steil, das Zimmer dunkel. Die Ausstattung war o.k. Das Zimmer sollte auch in der Übesricht gezeigt werden, da man sonst nur mit den Zimmern im ersten Stock rechnet.

Prima, het hotel was het net niet, maar het vriendelijke personeel maakte veel goed.
Pros:

De locatie was top, dicht bij de boulevard en het strand. Voor deze prijs vind je niet veel op die locatie. Ook het personeel was erg vriendelijk, dit maakte het verblijf aangenaam.

Cons:

Er zater gekke vlekken op de muur en de badkamer was raar in gericht. Bij aankomst hing er een apparte geur in het hotel, het rook erg naar eten. Het hotel kon wel een likje verf gebruiken. Het bed was net wat aan de kleine kant voor twee personen.
