Trivelig og sentralt hotell
Pros:

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Ved opphold i Sandefjord velger jeg alltid Kong Carl på grunn av den sentral beliggenheten og at jeg liker den gamle stilen på hotellet veldig godt. Godt utvalg i frokostbuffeten - savnet ingen ting.

Cons:

På stort sett alle hotell savner jeg en hylle på badet til å sette toalettmappen, også på Kong Carl.

More than just a place to spend the night
Pros:

Traditional and very charming. Rich in tradition, and an interesting place in itself. Quiet. Rooms in the main building are probably all different, and ours was big and comfortable. We were there for the Challenge triathlon, and the location was just right. Large parking, considering it's in the middle of town.

Fantastic staff amazing rooms 5 star service.
Pros:

We arrived wet and tired from a week camping in the forest only to find I'd booked the wrong date for our stay.
Hanne went above and beyond and managed to change or dates and find us similar rooms to the ones we booked. She was welcoming, efficient, and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. For our first impression, we know we had chosen a place that treats their guests very well, even if the do look wet and bedraggled. This hotel is a jewel of a find and you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to Hanne and the team for being so accommodating.

The breakfast was Amazing. The location to the harbour, park was wonderful for walking our dog.
