Overall, overpriced.
Pros:

The staff were most polite and accommodating. My room was spacious . The bed comfortable.

Cons:

My room was decorativly 'tired'. The bath, chipped and marked. The bathroom door had ingrained dirt above and below the handle. There was no fridge. Overall a boring room.

Comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

Given it was freezing outside it was comfortable and very warm. Even in the conservatory. Many hotels like this have poor food. However, dinner was excellent, one of the best curries we have had for a while.
