Large room, parking, WIFI, staff lovely, lovely grounds & hotel
Not much of a choice for Dinner, especially as one guest needed plain food.
Breakfast was a bit dried up at the Buffet and next morning it was cleared away and you had to order. Nice sausages though.
Todo en general. La limpieza de la habitación.Había incluso dos botellas de agua de cortesía. La tranquilidad y silencio. Su jardin, con hortensias expectaculares. Y, por supuesto, su magnífico desayuno con productos de calidad.
The location and ease of parki g. Also the space and gardens
The service
An excellent hotel set in charming and peaceful grounds.A lovely room and excellent service in the bar and restaurant.
Nothing
Comfortable bed. Shower. Air con. Gym facilities
Poor choice at dinner on 2nd night. Extractor fan failure meant most of menu off. No discount offered which was disappointing. Swimming pool slow lane unusable due to kids and other leisure swimmers. Morning trip when no kids was good

Th grounds
Old feel
Calm quiet and comfortable
The bar was a bit pricey
Cleanliness and accommodating - staff amazing
The prom and getting into the carpark
Location
Room was very small, the lady behind the bar was rude
There was plenty of parking and the rooms were spacious. There was no queueing at meal times. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and attentive.
The decor has improved since our last stay.
Reception staff were not welcoming. I do not think the charge to use the spa was fair, especially as the facilities were basic.
It was a lovely location
Nothing
Very spacious room with air con. Great to be able to use the gym and pool.
Location was a bit far out from Hastings. Breakfast was average.
