Our room was nice, spacious, love having 2 sinks in the bathroom
We had 2 rooms and returned from breakfast at 1030 and our keys had stopped working. Very poor and annoying when checkout is 11.

We waited an hour for a small camembert starter which was sent out 3 times in total due to it being uncooked, in the end we gave up waiting and went straight to mains, not impressed by the chef at all
Room 6 was large, bright and clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good, dinner was nice albeit not a massive menu. Large comfy beds with lots of pillows, Elemis toiletries and nice soft towels.
I wouldn’t class this as a spa hotel. It has a health club in a separate building that’s has one sauna one steam room that was too hot to sit in and one large jacuzzi tub. We had a spa day voucher with three mini treatments. Total treatment time was Circe 40 mins. We then spent about thirty mins in the “spa” facilities then were done. There are no indoor sun loungers or anything by the pool and it’s like a gym pool with lanes etc not a spa type pool. The relaxation room had 6 beds and 4 chairs and was always full when we went to sit in it.It’s separate from the hotel so you’d have to walk outside through the car parks to get from one to the other so not great if you were planning on staying in swimmers and dressing gown. Room service is accessed via a WhatsApp chat and they were having WiFi issues so sometimes takes half an hour to get acknowledged. No mini bar in rooms.

Lovely property, all staff were so lovely and welcoming and couldn’t help enough. It was my partners birthday and they left a card and truffles in the room which was a lovely touch. Great room, modern clean bathroom, comfy bed and great breakfast in the morning!

The grounds were lovely, and so were the other guests we met there. There room facilities were also good - iron, fridge, safe, ample plugs
We got a family room, not a double so there was a set of bunk beds in the room which was unsightly for us.
Food was ok but staff didn’t know what pie was it was and ordered the pie and got a different one
Location was great. Saskia & staff very helpful with helping organise a group stay.
