Good breakfast and dinner, although decent coffee availability at breakfast would improve it
Our room wasn't made up after the first night,as nobody explained that we had to hang a sign on the door, air conditioning was not explained how to work,and made strange noises intermittently
Nice and relaxing area. Not having to be in the center of town so actually having me time

Ontbijt was voor een 4 sterrenhotel wat beperkt, we misten broodjes en meer soorten beleg. Airco maakte redelijk veel lawaai.

Literally seemed to just be two members of staff manning everything from the reception to the bar and the restaurant but they did their best and smiled and were great throughout.
The only good thing about the place is the people working here.
Room was boiling hot, no air-conditioning and it was right above the staff service entrance so all we could hear was bins going out and the massive Aircon units outside beneath our window running full chat to cool the main areas but not the rooms which was a bit of a kicker. Kept us awake al night.
Room was sparsely furnished, no smart TV, shower pressure was dreadful, like being spat at by someone having an asthma attack.
The so called spa etc isn't onsite, it's just a bannatyne gym that's all the way over the other side of the car park and you had to pay to use it!
Would not recommend to anyone. Won't be returning.
Very nice country Manor House and gardens
Unfortunately the room was small, very tired and needed redecorating, the shower was impossible to regulate. Didn’t feel comfortable approaching receptionist about the issue.
