Location perfect for the night before a flight out of Dubrovnik airport. The view of the bay is utterly gorgeous.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Cavtat staying at Zvrko Apartments. Ana was an exceptional host being so helpful with our booking and changes we had to make, making us feel so welcome on arrival and during your whole stay. We cannot praise her enough. The apartment itself was fabulous - exceptionally clean, spacious, well equipped and with the most amazing views. The sunset is breath taking. We highly recommend Ana and her apartments and will definitely be going back to wonderful Cavtat. Thank you Ana, Caroline and Dave Noble

작은 풀장이 있는데, 아이들 놀기 좋음, 두브로브니크 시내는 차로 나가야 하지만, 바로 앞에 마트가 있고, 숙박시설이 있는 주변 전경(산&올리브 나무들)이 너무 멋짐 특별히 테라스에서 식사를 할 수 있는데 좋았습니다. 공항하고 차로 10분 거리라 선택했는데 후회는 없었어요, 시설은 가격만큼^^ 뭔가 하루 쯤 동네 걸어다니며 유유자적 할 일정이 있으시면 더 추천

It is close to the airport and a short (but steep) walk to the water and water taxis (to get to Dubrovnik which takes about an hour to an hour and a half). The owners were very friendly and helpful and WiFi signal was strong and reliable. Very close to a grocery store, which is really nice to have.

Dreamview apartment was amazing in every respect. The sunsets over Dubrovnik are worth the walk up the hill with the view from the balcony breathtaking. Ana our host was very helpful in every way and if you want a true taste of Croatia you must try her family restaurant. The apartment was spacious and spotless with the towels being replaced every 2-3 days, the maid even left them in the shape of swans and butterflies. The old town of Cavtat with its promenade and restaurants was very relaxing with many to chose from. The early morning walk around the peninsulas set you up for the day.

My husband and I and our four grown up children stayed here recently .
What a perfect location with the perfect hostess.
Our apartment was beautiful with much appreciated air conditioning . The pool and comfy sun beds were fantastic .
Our hostess looked after us well, with regular towel and linen changes .
It’s a 15 min walk to cavtat and the shop just across the road.
The bus to Dubrovnik is a short walk to the bus stop.

Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely recommend this location.

We spent a lovely week in these apartments, we had a stunning view across the sea to Dubrovnik and the sunsets where outstanding. Our hostess couldn’t have been nicer, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. I would totally recommend.

Mukava huoneistohotelli Cavtatin alueella lähellä Dubrovnikin lentokenttää. Cavtatin satamaan n. 30 min kävelymatka jyrkkää rinnettä alas. Bussipysäkille n. 5 min. Hyvät yhteydet Dubrovnikiin. Kauppa lähellä.Erittäin siisti huoneisto ja ystävällinen palvelu. Aamupala järjestyi ja omistaja vei aamulla lentokentälle (n. 10 min ajomatka). Olimme vain yhden yön, joten mm. Uima-allas jäi kokeilematta.

The hostess Adriana is very welcoming and helpful to her guests. She threw in an extra boon by offering a trip to Cilipi to allow her guests to enjoy the Sunday folklore event there. Another guest had a medical emergency and she got them to the next available medical centre at the airport and helped sorting out payment issues (facility did not accept cash payment due to months end).
Adriana allows early check in and responds fast to questions on how to reach her place with public transport. It is close to the bus no 10 and just opposite a local supermarket. The suite was as described. There were only two little downsides: The bathroom smelled (like when pipes are clogged) and the bed was not as hard as I like it. Otherwise it was really enjoyable. The pool got a bit cold due to the storm a few days earlier, but the beach offered an alternative.

We arrived at Dubrovnik airport, and as offered Jadranka, met us and then drove us the short journey to the apartments, she explained on the way that this was her family home, but it was also to be our home for the next week.

When we walked in the apartment was spotless, the balcony door was open so we were imediatly treated to an amazing view over the bay, with Dubrovnik old town nestling in the near distance, as we soaked up the sights below us, we agreed this was a good choice, Jadranka then offered us refreshments, returning minutes later with drinks and home made apple strudel, just what was required after a whole 4 hours of travelling (joke).

She then sat with us and provided us with maps and info on, bus routes, boat trips, and loads of useful local tips and hints, like to check out how many cruise ships are in Dubrovnik before you visit, we did and it paid off, our trip was planned to avoid the days when there are four or more ships in port.

I will make note of the hill, of which this property is situated on top of, yes it is steep, but we found that a nice downhill walk into Cavtat town took about a fifteen minute stroll, then we would catch the number 10 bus back up to the main road getting off at Tomislavs restaurant and walking downhill to the apartment, the cost is 10 kuna per person approximately £1.25, or you can catch a taxi which will cost around 80 kuna or £10.

There is a nice sized pool not massive but more than adequate, a small gym, steam room, and hot tub. In short this is a mini hotel, but with very personal service.

Jadranka welcomed us to her home, and treated us more like family than guests, offering to do our laundry, or lifts into town wanting nothing in return, she was more like a mum than a host.

I would and will recommend this little gem of a place to my friends and family, I hope you find this review helpful.

We stayed at the apartments in August and couldn’t recommend them enough. You never get bored of the view. We stayed in Apartment 2 which was beautifully decorated with all mod cons. Anna & family were the perfect hosts, they cannot do enough for you, great advice and suggestions to get the most from your holiday. The walk down to Cavtat (from an unfit family) was fine, took about 15 minutes to the beach, we used Uber to get back up :) the local bars and restaurants are lovely and it is such a great base to visit other local towns/islands. Thank you again to Anna and family for a great holiday, we will most definitely return x

We stayed for 8 days and left a couple of days ago to continue our holiday in Montenegro and can highly recommend these Apartments, Jadranka collected us from the Airport at about 21:30 and provided us with coffee, orange juice lovely sandwiches and fruit and was really nice and helpful throughout our stay. We were in apartment no 4 and it was really pleasant and clean and had all we needed for a family of 3 and the balcony view was stunning! Easy access to Cavtat which is lovely and also Dubrovnik and Lokrum and other Islands are all within easy reach. The pool area is nice also with lots of friendly people to chat to every day. Book with confidence x

We have had a great holiday here. The apartment was of the highest quality with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and generally plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool.
Jadranka (owner of the apartments) did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She genuinely cares for all her guests. She gave us great advice for our trip to Dubrovnik and also some other beaches towards the south.
We highly recommend this place as it is in a quiet location but easy to get to centre of Cavtat, beaches and Dubrovnik.

Great apartments with lovely views, fairly quiet but close enough to the town of Cavtat and easy boat ride to Dubrovnik and surrounding islands. Jadranka, the owner, was extremely welcoming and attentive. Check the port authority website for cruise-ship arrivals before visiting Dubrovnik.

We spend 14 days and enjoyed the great hospitality of Jadranka and family.
The apartments are perfect for a stay with kids (age 9 & 11). Nice pool to relax with a fabulous view over the bay of Cavtat.
Jadranka made us feel at home and regularly checked if we need anything.
She helped us with great tips for hidden beaches, Visit Montenegro, visit Ston to eat the fresh mussels and of course what to see in Dubrovnik.
We would highly recommend the apartment and especially the hospitality to enjoy en discover Croatia.

Wow. Just wow. First off, Jadranka Zvrko was the most hospitable person I’ve ever met. She greeted my wife and me with fresh juice and water and turned on the air conditioning on full blast. She was a little upset that the fan wasn’t set in the right direction and got up on a chair and adjusted the blades of the AC unit to our direction. It was like coming home to be greeted by your mother. Then she gave us a map and showed us the best way to tour the small town of Cavtat and info on how to get tomdubrovnik by boat or taxi.The experience was phenomenal and the view from our room was exceptional, especially at sunset.

I told Jadranka we had been traveling Croatia for two weeks and and tasted some amazing olive oil at restaurants and this was our final night and we wanted to bring some home. I told her that we heard that the Konavle region is known for producing great olive oil and asked her where I can buy a quality local oil. She then said that her husbands aunt produces olive oil for the family, and offered to sell us some for literally half the cost I was willing to spend at a store. She first let us try it and it was sensational. If I had room I would’ve bought two liters. She even wrapped it up very carefully so we could travel with it.

Definitely check out apts Zvrko, especially if you want a quiet getaway from the crazy busy city of Dubrovnik, yet still be only 20 minutes from the old city.

We have just returned today from a two week break. We were in a two bed apartment with its own kitchenette which came with all the necessary equipement. It was decorated to a very high standard and the air conditioning was very effective, and quiet. Our view from the small balcony looked directly over the bay with Dubrovnik. The sunsets were amazing as was the thunder and lightening storm we enjoyed one evening.
Jadranka went out of her way to ensure our visit was a success. She provided a laptop to allow us to watch DVDs on the very large wall mounted TV.
She gave us advice on many of the local places to visit including tips we would never had gotten anywhere else like doing the cable car return journey from the car park at the top of the hill above Dubrovnik, a route to follow to both Montenegro and Mostar and how much to pay for the boat trip across the bay into town.
There was quite a steep path to take down to the apartment and onwards to the lovely pool, but fine if taken slowly and carefully.
The walk down to the local bay of Cavtat took around 10-15 minutes down quite a steep but quiet side road. There was a choice here of several reasonably priced restaurants. To get round to the centre of Cavtat took another 10 minutes which opened the options of many more places to eat. We often drove down to the local bay for easy free parking then enjoyed a very pleasant walk round to the main town.
We like exploring, so enjoyed having our rental car. It is possible to get by without this, but it is quite a busy road to walk up to the nearest bus stop which might have been a bit intimidating if done in the dark. It was fine when I took this route one morning to take the kayaking trip out of Dubrovnik. Our rental car was not expensive and I would recommend this for proper exploring; we also visited Ston (1 hour 10 minutes), a local hilltop Fort, Sokol Grad (25 minutes) and had a lovely lunch by a leafy river at Ljuta. The trip to Mostar was a bit far at 5 hours due to delays at the various borders, but still worth the effort and we did get back in under 3 hours.
We had a great holiday and would recommend it in a heart beat.

Having just returned from a week at these apartment we can say that the welcome we received from Jadranka was brilliant. Her son met us at the airport and she welcomed us with a plate of food and a drink. All through the week despite also working night shifts she ensured we had everything we needed and were happy. They took us to and collected us from a local village on the Sunday. The apartment is clean and very well equipped and wonderfully peaceful and the view is stunning. The walk into Cavtat takes about 15 mins but we heard nightingales as we walked in. There is a hill on the way back but that just helped to burn off the ice creams we ate. Cavtat is quiet and beautiful. Plenty of places to eat. There is a small supermarket close to the apartments. We so wanted to stay and not return to the uk. Thank you Jadranka for your care we’re so relaxed from our holiday and hope to return and explore further afield.
