Authentiek hotel in een karaktervol dorp met prachtig uitzicht op de Etna, de zee en Taormina
Pros:

Een hotel met karakter, een al wat oudere structuur waar je zowel Padre Pio als typisch Siciliaanse keramiek vindt.
De kamers zijn prima, met een goed bed, een smalle badkamer, frigo, balkon én hartelijke ontvangst door het personeel.
Het uitzicht op de Etna, de zee en ook op Taormina, is uniek ! Dit uitzicht heb je ook op het grote terras en vanuit het restaurant. Het hotel heeft trouwens nog een restaurant in het dorp zelf, druk bezocht door locals, met typische sfeer. We proefden hier de Antipasti di Mare, en de schaaltjes met lekkere vis en schaaldieren bleven maar komen! De pasta daarna was eigenlijk niet meer nodig, maar was ook overheerlijk. Zelfs als we daarna geen dessert meer namen, werden we nog getrakteerd met een vol bord kleine dessertjes en dan zetten ze ook nog een 6-tal flessen likeur naar keuze op tafel.
Dit is Sicilië op z’n best!

Cons:

De stijl van dit hotel is niet modern, maar dit wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door alle bovengenoemde troeven.

Cons:

First of all, this is a very old hotel, and you can notice it immediately from the smell as soon as you enter. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The shower had visible black mold stains, as shown in the photos, and we even found leeches/slugs on the curtain and in the hotel corridor.
Regarding noise, it seems that every Friday night, from around midnight until 1–2 a.m., workers transfer fruit and vegetables from a warehouse located on the ground floor of the building across the street. As a result, guests should expect significant noise during those hours.
You don't have a remote for AC.
Breakfast was also disappointing. If you arrived just 30 minutes later, many items were already gone because the buffet was not regularly replenished. Staff would only refill items after being reminded by guests.
Finally, during check-out, despite having already paid through Booking.com, we were asked to pay for the stay again. Of course, we did not pay a second time, but this situation reflects a lack of organization and professionalism.
Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would not stay here again.

Amazing View, very beautiful location
Pros:

The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and caring. It is located in a calm and cozy village close to Taromina. We enjoyed our stay. The road to the village is very beautiful.

Cons:

The breakfast had no warm meal. The bed was a bit too hard for us.

І Forza d'Agrò , і готель, і ресторан перевершив очікування і залишили найяскравіший спогад про нашу тижневу подорож
Pros:

Сподобалося все: саме містечко Forza d'Agrò дуже гарне: знаходиться на горі, звідки відкриваються шикарні пейзажі на море і гори. Стародавні церкви, затишні ресторанчики, чистота та приголомшливі краєвиди не залишать вас байдужими. Готель зручний, в класичному стилі, оздоблений красивими елементами декору. Є ліфт. Обслуговування на вищому рівні.
Ресторан готелю- дуже смачно. Сніданки різноманітні.
