Pros:

A lovely vintage hotel with restaurant and bar. The view of Etna and the bay far below was spectacular. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, easy to find & offers parking, which is rare. It has amazing sea & mountain views. We enjoyed the walkout balcony in our room where we took many beautiful pictures. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They offer a continental breakfast with plenty of options to enjoy. We had a wonderful time & would love to return again in the future..

Beautiful hotel even better staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful village. Walkable to all of the sights you want to see. We had so much fun finding all of The Godfather spots nearby. The hotel staff is top notch, friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed surfing a bad storm that temporarily knocked out some of the wi-fi. The staff arranged for me to have access to a private room where the wi-fi was working. I definitely recommend this beautiful spot!!

Customer Service on point!
Pros:

We had a very nice group stay at Agostiniana Hotel, and they were very accommodating. Very many places in the summertime don't have good air conditioning, but they already had our room cooled before we arrived, which was very appreciated! Also, I unfortunately left something in the room, but after emailing customer service, they quickly mailed it to me - THANK YOU!

Great hotel - a real gem!
Pros:

The warmth of the welcome was truly marvellous and everyone was so engaging. A super hotel with fantastic views in a super village. Great restaurants in the village - fish and pizza for even the most fussy.

Beautiful views
Pros:

Had 1 night there.
The drive up the cliff was exciting and scary but it ended with beautiful views from our balcony.
