Place was spotless , staff friendly and very helpful big choice for breakfast, from full english to cereals ,fruit ,yogurt , nout was to much trouble deffo stay again

Perfect location, staff were so lovely and friendly, apartment was beautiful and clean.
Two minor points would have made this stay like The Ritz - a bigger bed and proper sausages. I mean, they were fine; these are only minor points. Our stay was lovely!
Excellent central location, across the street from the impressive gothic council building. A central location with complimentary secured car parking is rare for hotels in other UK cities, so this was a great bonus! I stayed in one of the double rooms, not apartments, and that was a nice size, with a large bathroom. Room had all the essentials.
Room was a pretty basic setup. No smart TV. Complimentary toiletries were limited to bar soap and shower gel, expected hair and body products too. Bathroom was big enough for a bathtub, but only had a shower. Bathroom sink didn't have a mixer tap. Bed and mattress were not great, should be better quality. Breakfast menu needs expanding to more than a few variants of a full English.
Super Location and very clean
The TV didn't work,the cold water tap of the bathroom sink barely turned on and the shower cubicle door fell off its runner.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Central location.
