Pros:

Unkompliziertes Hotel; modern, alles digital ohne Rezeption; liegt super mitten in der Stadt; Gepäckraum bis 23 Uhr nutzbar

Cons:

Abends war es im Erdgeschoss sehr laut, weil ständig Flaschen in den Glascontainer gewurfen wurden.
Aber um 22.30 Uhr war es dann ruhig.

Didn’t see any one so can’t comment on staffing. Only problem was the digital key didn’t work first time but always worked 2 nd time.

Cons:

Nos quedamos 3 noches y no tuvimos cambio de toallas.
No había repuesto de papel higiénico, y el que estaba cuando llegamos, estaba por acabarse.
Podría incluirse en el servicio, maquina de agua potable para llenar las botellas.

The stay at Bob W was so much better than we expected. Everything was to the highest level of hotel experience and it felt very personal, despite being very automated. The location of this hotel is marvelous - so close to everything you might need in a city. The room is filled with tons of small touches that make this experience very enjoyable: free tea, coffee, top locations for breakfast, amazing scented sticks, great soap, and a hand written note to welcome you in! We also got lucky to get free donuts!!! Highly recommended!
