Pros:

I’ve been to Bob W before in Tallinn. I like that they keep up to their standards.
Nice location, comfortable setting, online but very efficient check-in/ out procedures. I like their attention to details (like handwritten welcome letter etc.) and extra service offered.

Cons:

I was a little surprised that my room was dusty. Besides that all good

Pros:

We weren't sure what to expect but found that the automatic system for entry worked well once we got the codes. The room and bathroom were finished to a high standard.

Cons:

We would like to have had the codes for entry earlier as it is not always easy to access messages whilst travelling

This place made our trip even better, and I would absolutely book it again on a future visit to Oslo.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. Many of Oslo’s main attractions, restaurants, and interesting areas are within walking distance. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Our room was quite small, but we knew that in advance and it was exactly what we expected,

Pros:

Super nice location in the city center, close to everything you might need.
Easy check in and check out with the use of an app. Adds a lot of flexibility in your stay.
The response from BOB W. was always rapid.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning of the room. There were still trash from the previous visitors when we arrived and the sheets and towels were covered in hair.
The cutlery and glasses of the room are not replaced or washed during the stay and the toilet paper in not refilled, as you should expect from a hotel.

Clean, comfortable and we’re happy with the location
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, happy with the location, 5 mins walks from the train station. Room was quite spacious.

Cons:

Every thing was fine, only one suggestion, have some milk/creamer for those that like white coffee/ tea

Perfecta estancia, recomendable
Pros:

La habitación era para 3 personas y, el espacio de esta era perfecto. No tuvimos ninguna incidencia para el registro al hotel. Lo recomiendo al 100% tanto por la ubicación, iluminación y espacio de la habitación. Es un sitio que recomendaría a toda esa persona que quiera estar en pleno centro de Oslo y, a pocos minutos de la estación central.

Pros:

Central location, within walking distance to Central station and many areas of interest.

Cons:

Even though the premise of the hotel is that it's keyless, the app didn't work, so they gave me the access code to the lockbox that contained the tokens to ALL the rooms. Communication was so difficult that it became comical. I asked them 7 times to give me information on how to find and enter the gym that came free with the booking, but I didn't get an answer in time. We were also evacuated when the fire alarms went off and were stood outside for 30 minutes with no information while the fire brigade established that one of the guests created too much steam in their room.
