Great location, perfect room for a mini break!
Pros:

Loved it. Even little thoughts like the water bottles to borrow

Cons:

The pillows weren’t that comfortable and there was road works in the mornings

Great stay great location and great no contact technology all
Pros:

We love this location. Affordable I a very expensive city and super very central location. The model with everything done remotely is superbly executed and for us we didn’t feel anything we needed wasn’t available

Cons:

No actual staff on site is a different kind of “hotel” experience. It’s supreme well done but a part of me wonders if you take the people out of hospitality what’s left???

Pros:

The liacation. The cleanliness. The size of the room. I would stay there again for sure. I recommend it for sure.

Cons:

We had a room in 1st floor and we couldn’t open the window. It was only tubes outside and the air was smelling like food. But that was not a big problem. I would stay there again for sure.

Saw the northern Lights twice!
Pros:

Perfect size. Everything was fine except the heat. See below.

Cons:

The room was not heated and despite conversing with the staff, we could not fix it. We slept the first night in our clothes and all the comforters. We were sleep deprived from flying so we were fine, despite everything. They came by the 2nd day and said they fixed it. By then, the room was warmed by the bathroom heater. I don;'t think it was ever fixed because it stayed cold (the heater-, not the room). In any event, it was a positive stay. BUT THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM. I HAD THOUGHT MY AIRBNB RESERVATION FOR THIS SAME BLDG IN OSLO HAD BEEN CANCELED BECAUSE I FOUND A CHEAPER BOOKING FOR THE SAME ROOM, ESSENTIALLY, ON BOOKING.COM. I HAD WRITTEN TO BOB W EVERY TIME THEY WROTE TO ME STARTED ON JAN 3RD/ OI =I AM REQUESTING THE ONEY FOR THE AIRBNB BOOKING TO BE RETURNED OT ME.

Second time we stayed here. Good location, nice room.

Cons:

The room and hall need a bit of attention. A crack in the sink, some stains on the walls. Worth the money, but after some care could be even better.
