Wouldn’t come back again
Pros:

We paid for the breakfast but unfortunately had to travel back home (which takes 5 hours) due to a last minute commitment. I asked the man on the desk if he could refund the breakfast to which he said ‘no we can’t’ but still managed to take £7.50 from me for my parking for me night.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside were disgusting. They were ripped and frayed!

Good 4 nights very enjoyable will stay again an have a loyalty scheme

Pros:

The night entertainment was good and the breakfast. Liked the bar and furniture to lounge in downstairs

Cons:

The room was a bit small but on my ventures I had smaller in other places.

I asked times for breakfast to the receptionist and the night porter but no one seemed to know so I just went down at 8am and yes it was ready.

The bar staff were friendly.

I would go again but maybe book a bigger room

Didn’t stay walked away with refund

Pros:

Lovely staff Lovely entertainment. Nice hotel

Cons:

Requested a bath ( due to mobility issues )but on arrival was told there wasn't a room with a bath. Although the hotel did provide a shower stool.

The internet wasn’t that good it kept coming and going, I had to reboot my tablet several times while I was there, also you couldn’t use the phone in bar or in the reception.
