The breakfast was excellent kept us going for most of day .
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
The bar and the bingo, cabaret act, breakfast facilities, the bar food was lovely
Beds are not comfortable, the little things
Lovely breakfast the food was amazing staff are very helpful and friendly. Reception area very clean. Entertainment fab and the bar food is one of the best we have had.
Rooms were very dusty little disappointed that there was no cleaners to clean the rooms make the beds, and didn’t replace towels with clean one had to ask at reception for toilet rolls. We did not see any cleaners at all.
Bingo and entertainment
House keeping was not upto scratch
Location was ok
The slope in the room
Food, staff and entertainment are really good. Room was comfy,
Jacuzzi bath was dirty when we arrived, no soap in the room. Only one of the jets worked in the bath.
Location and parking
Very run down. Lick of paint would be helpful
Breakfast was good.
The beds were hard and very uncomfortable, didn't really sleep well at all.
Had a knock on the door asking if we were using the shower as it was leaking into the downstairs restaurant but wasn't told not to use it.
The arcade for the kids looked ok but the pool table sticks had no tips and no hockey disc, asked at reception and they said they would contact the owners so nothing really to occupy the kids.
But apart from that the hotel was better than I expected from reading reviews.
Wouldn't stay again as we were there for dance competition and wouldnt be able to carry everything back and forth so a bit to far away from Winter Gardens and it was freezing but a nice little walk if the weather was warm and sunny.
Very spacious
My wife could not sleep in junior suite due to hard mattress everything else was perfect ty
Friendly staff nothing to much for them great location
Squeaky floorboards on landings had Seaview room windows could of done with a good clean apart from that not to bad
Could not afford the food PS - if I had booked for Sat night only I could’ve had Sunday night full board or bed breakfast plus evening meal for £35 !
Staff remark ‘Tough’ should have booked direct.
Requires update and exterior re paint
Everything
Having to pay to park
It had entertainment and a buffet breakfast.
It was little confusing trying to find the rooms , and our tv didn’t work properly.
Excellent loved our trip here
The mattress was hard and springy and the pillow was a bit hard . Apart form that we loved it.
ASKED FOR SEAVIEW FOR MY WIFE AS IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY SHE LOVED THE VIEW AND THE ROOM BREAKFAST TOP NOTCH NOTHING BURNED ALL WARM BEDS VERY COMFY
N/A
Breakfast was delicious, good size room. Tv was in the right place on the wall and a good size. Lovely and warm in the room expect near the window. The room was very clean, good stock of amenities.
Draughty window, only one socket near the bed. I had to put the extra pillows on the window to try and stop the draught. Mattress wasn't that comfy but that could be my preference.
Run down, lots of damp.
We paid for 2, 4 poster rooms, 1 room had a missing tv, half of the jets are broken in the jacuzzi. Both The rooms have damp.
We didn’t raise any complaints because we just wanted to enjoy our stay.
Staff are fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
But … the hotel genuinely needs to be condemned.
Brilliant location and amazing staff
The room we stayed in 303 had scaffolding up a broken window and cracks on bathroom door
Good choice good layout good food
