Adina kept my recommendation to have the top floor and they did it for me

FILTHY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly at check in. The soft and bedroom area of the rooms are nice in size.

Cons:

The rooms were filthy. We found hair all over the showers, the handles and light switches look like they have never been wiped down. There was used floss picks and hair ties on the bathroom floor. The showers are so small. They feel like youre in a RV Trailer shower. The bathrooms are very small in general. Bath towels and wash cloths are very old with stains. Was not one bit impressed with the LACK of cleanliness. Will not go back or recommend staying there again.

Bathroom was frustrating
Pros:

The staff were all friendly. The hotel in general, as well as our room, were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing to some members of our family group because some “basic breakfast options” (such as scrambled eggs and plain breakfast meat) were not offered.

The most disappointing part of our stay was the bathroom in our room, where the (very heavy) sliding door had a latch stiffly protruding (at about waist height), so that a person could easily run into it and scrape themselves accidentally. That same heavy sliding door jammed the first time I shut it, so that without outside assistance (from my husband who happened to be in the room) I would have been locked in the bathroom. After that happened, we never closed the sliding door completely, in order to avoid the door becoming jammed again.
In the shower, the water continued to drip (from the shower head) for at least five minutes after turning the water off.
Finally, the toilet seat was loosely attached, so that it moved around from side to side when a person would sit on it, which was not pleasant.

We were only there for a one night stay but we did notify the front desk about all of these problems, and we were told that the maintenance person would address them promptly— so, hopefully, the next guest in that room will have had a better experience.

The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Get rid of the sandwiches and have normal food like scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes.
