Pros:

Hôtel propre, bien situé, dans un bel édifice. Un bon choix pour séjourner dans le centre de Roubaix, juste à côté du métro.

Cons:

Certains aspects un peu vieillots. Une insonorisation perfectible.

Hôtel très agréable, je reviendrai
Pros:

Personnel sympathique, professionnel, efficace et souriant. Très calme, confortable, propre. Les sanitaires fonctionnent parfaitement, avec gel douche et schampoing Nuxe fournis. Salle de bain et wc séparés. Buffet de petit déjeuner très bien garni.

Cons:

La moquette de la chambre fait un peu vieillot.

Pas de parking . En centre ville mais centre ville mal fréquenté . Voiture garée proche et volée dans la nuit. Alors que fermée.

Mooie lobby. Prima kamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt was waardeloos. Vieze scrambled eieren. Geen spek. Geen verse jus maar uit een pak. Waterige koffie. Echt ondermaats. Bij de receptie zeiden ze dat het geen probleem was om in een parkeergarage te staan. Later bleek dat hij zondag dicht was en we niet meer naar binnen konden….uiteindelijk goed afgelopen maar was geen leuke ervaring.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the team at the welcome desk, who made check-in smooth and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived.

I genuinely had a very pleasant experience. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
