Pros:

The room smelled of vomit, I asked for another room I was told there’s none other available, but they can cancel the reservation and I can leave. With less than two hours to the show I came for, the going away and finding another accommodation was not an option, so here I am, sleeping in the vomit smell. The black mould in the bathroom, the dirty windows and the missing door to the closet were upsetting, but not as hard to take in as the stench…

Pros:

The only good thing about this stay was that our room had a nice view and the location it’s good. Besides that, nothing. It doesn’t feel secure, the customer service is bad and the rooms are dirty. They tried to change us to another room because ours was dirty, the toilet you couldn’t even use it. The second room, the same. We didn’t stay in this place.

Cons:

There were homeless people in the stairs, it smells like pee on the entrance. Their cameras aren’t even working.

Great location, needs some improvement
Pros:

Location, building, friendly staff, basic but convenient breakfast included. Quiet at night/after evening.

Cons:

Things that were listed in the description were not actually there (iron, hairdryer), lightbulbs in room and bathroom missing or not working, broken shelf and missing mirror in bathroom (informed staff but not fixed in 3 days).
Main door to entrance/stairs not locked, so strange people often sitting there when returning to hotel; security issue.
Very old key locks on room doors that stick.

Die sehr gute Lage des Hotels nahe Basilika, Altstadt, Chinatown und Hafen.
Ich habe viel zu Fuß erkundet und das ging sehr gut. Bus und Bahn sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt eine Kofferzimmer und eine Terrasse.

Cons:

Service wirkt notgedrungen. Für mich OK ich kann mich gut organisieren.
Ich muss glutenfrei leben und musste mir dafür alles selbst mitbringen.
Vom Frühstück habe ich nur Kaffee, Äpfel und Bananen genommen.
