*There is a free shuttle service to Uludag Ski Center.
*The shuttle departs in front of the hotel at 10:00 and receives guests from the hotels area at 17:00 on the same day.
*NOTE: Guests must make a reservation for the shuttle 1 day in advance.

Tesis gerçekten 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü işlerinin bilincinde saygılıydı. Spa olanakları harikaydı girişte çalışan personel her girişinizde temiz havluyla sizi karşılıyor. Açık olduğu saatler içerisinde hangi saatte giderseniz gidin bütün bölümler çalışır haldeydi duşlar buhar odası ve havuzlar hepsi faal haldeydiler. Odalar konforlu, ve şifreli kasa vardı. Kısacası kusur arayanların bile bir şey bulamayacağı bir otel. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Bursaya her gittiğimde konaklamam için vazgeçilmez bir yer.

Air condition was not cooled.. requested them to correct but technical did not show up
The hotel was wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Just a short distance down the slope from the hotel, there is a stop where you can catch bus number 30 to the Heykel station; this takes you to Osmangazi, right in the center of Bursa. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful whenever assistance was needed. In short, if I visit Bursa again, I would certainly stay here once more.

Profesionalism in toate compartimentele.Totul e la superlativ, de la curățenie, la mic dejun sau spa.
Un mare plus pentru domnul Emre, maseorul și doamna de la curățenie de la etajul 3.
Vom reveni cu mare plăcere, mai ales pentru piscinele termale care sunt sănătate curată.
Am stat 7 nopți, dar anul viitor vom sta mai mult.Un raport calitate preț excelent!

Hotelul are parcare proprie, dar e incomodă fiind amplasată in spate și in pantă.Exista serviciu de valet, dar e aiurea să tot apelezi, mai ales când vrei să pleci repede. O soluție a fost parcarea pe stradă, lângă hotel, la fel de sigură și comodă!
Camerele , zona spa , vederea de la restaurantul panoramic , micul dejun, curățenia , parcarea!

We had a lovely family stay. The staff were friendly, kind and professional, and everyone spoke English, so communication was easy. We were kindly upgraded to a family room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was amazing, and the chef was always checking if anything was missing. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and very family-friendly. I also appreciated the choice of different pillows on request. Overall, a wonderful stay!
The only downside was the daily housekeeping. The floors could have been swept more regularly, as they became quite dusty during our stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Bij de thermen werd er goed geluisterd wat ik wilde en kon eigenlijk direct geholpen worden.
De locatie ligt een beetje hoog, moeilijk met de auto te bereiken.
Inrichting heel klosaal, grote stoelen met gouden randen e.d

Avondeten was fantastisch, de service, het eten ronduit dubbele 5 sterren waard.
