Cons:

The room was not clean from the moment we arrived until we left. The cleaners leave a lot to be desired. The overall hotel may be okay, but the room (1023) and the fact that you have to request everything, the staff members did not necessarily replenish the tea, water and toilet rolls. We have had to request every time we wanted to use it.

However, I have to applaud the cholocate lady, she was always consistent.

Great location and wonderful staff

Cons:

It was very cold wish they had electric blanket and carpet next to the bed for cold weather .None the less they borrowed us a heater on request 🫰🥰
