Pros:

The rooms were clean and kept clean by the team throughout our stay. There was a variety of food to eat at breakfast. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

I liked the room , location and the staff were so helpful.

Cons:

Your parkings I had to bag for parking you should let us know before that you have limited parking . Your lifts , only 2 were working for the weekend so I had to wait 15 to 30min just for the lift as I was staying in 16 floor .
